"Are you hungry?" Elys asked Aleksander as she flicked over books Cordelia had brought for her.
After Aleksander showed her the vision of his past, Elys somehow felt like she was finally starting to understand the vampire's cynical ways when they first met.
He was deprived of the love he was supposed to get when he was so young.
To be thrown into a dungeon and tortured until his soul broke was more than just horrendous. And to think he had been a child back then!
"Actually, I am a bit famished," Aleksander spoke. "I haven't slept yet, and its already well past nine in the morning."
"Well then, come over here and feed, husband," Elys beckoned him.
Aleksander walked towards her and sat down. Back then, Elys would have used a dagger to wound herself, but somehow the two of them came to a habit that it was quicker if Aleksander just immediately bit her with his fangs.
