So in this world there are villain organizations like in mha but this time they're like a mafia sort of thing and the biggest one is the zodiac's where the villain Lucy engraves a zodiac sign into the person skin when they join, there are hero organization like the highest power which has the strongest heros with their powers evolved (evolving is where they basically surpass their drawback and a drawback is basically like a person with fire gets burned if they use it to much) and the main gang is just getting involved in all of this from one incident that happened

the drawbacks of powers

Lucy extends their arm and places his arm on a random bystander and then... screams are heard, that once a human bystander turned into something different with their hair falling out with only strands staying on, their arms extending out and with cracks happening every time they moved, the chin started to expand like a frog's chin sack.


"Carol! GET DOWN!" Sam runs towards and ducks under the desk "wha- what the fuck? this is a cafe not someplace to fight" Carol was confused she was just a cafe worker not some barista with any sort of power "call your brother Carol" Carol grabs her phone and frantically calls him.


"ciao sis what's up" Frank calmly says "Frank please come to my workplace now please!" Frank hangs up "Mavis grab your revolver we are heading out." Mavis grabs her revolver and spins the chamber. "Oh come on out you two you're not gonna win I'm essentially God" Lucy exclaims Carol begins to cry, then Lucy tears off their arm and grows another back, then turning his torn-off arm into an iron pike and throwing it through the desk with a quick throw like cracking a whip.


suddenly a burst of flames appears and turns the tortured monster into ashes "HEY! WHAT HAPPENED?" then a bullet pierced Lucy's shoulder "WH- WHO THE FUCK IS THERE?" and as the smoke clears up Frank and Mavis are standing there "hello there mister linfer I'm Frank Gordon and what's behind that desk is my sister and lover so if you will, kindly go away." Lucy laughs his ass off "pfffffft you, I'm supposed to fucking listen to you" "you know my grandmother once said 'those who curse a lot haven't got a big vocabulary.' and for you, it shows." 


"you ignorant brat!" Lucy rushes at Frank "may be a darling would you?" "yeah Frank" and *BANG* a bullet leaves a hole in Lucy's head but it quickly regenerates. "Sam takes my sister outa here I've gotta burn this bitch."
