the start of a new era

James walks through the streets with nothing but a hoodie, a pair of baggy grey pants and bags under his eyes (linfer... linfer....) he stumbles into someone "oh sorry dude I didn't see you there." "watch where you're fucking going!" James continues to walk annesley. James had learnt about Mavis death so he didn't know what to do anymore, the one person in his life who he cherished was dead, he hired anyone he could to find him but nothing.

*bang, rattle* "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T FIND HIM!" James smacks the desk with his utensils flying up into the air "listen kid we are the highest power that means we have better things to do." the one talking to James was the one who controls string sasha Maria, wearing a white tank top, baggy pants and a long white scarf "look we have people to interrogate, execute, put on trial oh and my favourite tourture." James looks at sasha pulling her hands away from each other making a web "the highest power is a poor excuse for a hero organization!" James kicks the table, sasha laughs "what are you laughing at?" sasha waves her index finger in the air, James throat tightens "its just that you call us a poor excuse when one of your friends couldn't even protect that girl you liked." James looks at sasha with a smile on her face "don't bring her up!" sasha pulls down her hand causing James to freeze in place "well this is what you get for insulting someone like me." James groans "fine... now just let me go." sasha shakes her head "say the magic word." she smiles "please..." the threads fall from Sasha's fingertips James leaves the room in anger slamming the door.

"so we still have no leads, but Sam didn't you once lead us to them?" Frank points out "they probably moved bases at this point, I mean they have someone who can teleport so they could be anywhere." James thinks his hardest "Frank I want you to come with me." James grabs Frank by the wrist and pulls him outside *click* "Frank have you heard of people being able to awaken their powers?" Frank nods "of course I have all of the highest power have awakened their power, the highest string could only make string out of no where but now they can make their body string and I think even their enemies turn to string." James smirks. "I'm glad you know because I was gonna ask do you think you could awaken yours?" Frank thinks about it for a moment "I.. i suppose, but the only way people can do that is if they can surpass their drawback." "alright then yours?" Frank sighs "if I use my fire to much I experience what I like to call overheat, where my fire becomes two times strong but the downside to that is my body will begin to heat up to the point where burns appear on my body." James nods "are you suggesting I try and awaken my power?" "suggesting? I'm saying you should!" Frank slams his fist into the surface of the door "James the last person in my family who tried to awaken their power was burnt to a crisp, I have someone who I plan on marrying in that room and I want to be there to marry him!" Frank trys to slap James but he grabs his wrist preventing it "listen you are not the only one suffering here... but all I want to do is take them down." Frank begins to tear up "you're sadly right... fine I'll try to awaken it." Frank grabs his scarf and wipes away his tears. *click* "Sam I'll be gone for a bit I just thought I'd tell ya." "I'm coming along!" there is silence in the room "I mean if you want to awaken your powers too I guess that fine." Frank walks into his and Sam's room to get a change of clothes, he comes out with a hoodie, ripped jeans, high boots and his red scarf covering his mouth. "aight come on." Frank, James and Sam walks out the door.

*fwoom* James stands by with a bucket as Frank's flames jet out "you're doing good Frank." Sam sits on the sand "James was it really a good idea doing this on a beach?" James shrugs "probably not but hey who knows." a flame the size of a star bursts out of Frank's body turning the sea into steam and the sand to glass. *splash* James quickly throws the water onto Frank. "well I think you awakened it but let's test it!" James pulls out a glock and cocks it "alright ready Frank?" Frank shakes his head "I don't really think we should fo it that wa-" "great to hear!" with no hesitation James pulls the trigger *bang* Frank's body is left with a hole surrounded by fire "holy shit! I survived." Frank grabs Sam and James then begins to jump around in gleefully "I thought I would die there!" Frank grins ear to ear "yeah... me too." James turns the safety on and holsters the gun. *slurp* "so do we ask him to join?" the highest matter asks while drinking his apple juice "why should we? aren't we already strong enough?" the highest shadow asks "yeah but we could use someone like him ya know, if we had someone who could use fire on the team and now that his power has been awakened he can't be hit plus his flames are even more stronger." the highest shadow thinks for a moment "I guess you're right but since I have more power over you I say we shouldn't take him in!" the highest matter sighs "I still don't know how you are stronger then me, I can literally destroy matter which keep in mind is impossible! but some how your shadow controlling ass is better than me?" the highest shadow shrugs "I guess its just favouritism." the highest matter crushes his juice box it then disintegrates *shwa* the highest light appears next to the highest matter "calm down Mathew, you know I don't like swearing." the highest light sits on the roof top and swings his legs. "now come on you two I'm making food tonight." they all turn back and are met with James looking right at them squatting with his arms resting on his legs "so you three must be some more of the highest power?" they all look confused "how did you get up here?" James points behind him, Sam walks out behind a pillar and waves "b-but he can't fly... are you taunting us!?" the highest matter swings his hand towards James face about to disintegrate but he stops. "ah, ah, ah." James points over to the highest matters left, he looks over to see what he's pointing at *sizzle* he finds Frank pointing like a gun towards his head "slow down hotshot." the flame at the end of Frank's finger turns to a bright blue flame "hey let him go!" the highest shadow summons a bunch of shadow tendrils appear out of the ground but they stop one Sam steps in with a pink, reddish orb being pointed at the highest shadows head. "ho ho well this is a bit of a pickle isn't it?" the highest light laughs "sure is, like a Mexican stand off." James pulls out a deringer pointing towards the highest light "now, let's have a little chat."
