I was swaying my hips back and forth, throwing my hands into the air dancing along to the music blaring in the stadium. I look over at Jay, Aysha, and Liv who were also singing along well screaming along with the entire crowd.

We were currently in the FTX Arena in Miami for one of Allan's shows. I beam as I excitedly jump up and down extremely proud of my friend. The fact that he always lights up every room, the vocals, the dance moves, the energy, the outfits. He's one of the only male artists who actually put an effort into his shows.

"Miami! How are you feeling tonight?" Allan shouts into the microphone.

"Fucking Amazing Wooho!!" Liv shouts back raising her hands into the air making us chuckle uncontrollably.

"I said Miami how are you feeling tonight?" Allan shouts for a second time wanting a louder response from the audience.

"I said," Liv shouts on the top of her lungs, "Fucking Amazing" She was so loud people in front of us turned around to make sure she was okay and not having some sort of breakdown.

I laugh to myself grabbing her arm gently, "Chill" I say softly.

....

"You killed it as always!" I squeal wrapping my arms around Allan's neck as he wraps his arms around my back hugging me.

"Thank you, thank you" He smiles pulling away setting his sweaty towel on the couch.

"If only more male artists could be like you," Olivia says moving to hug Allan.

"Right?" I look at her, "That's what I've been saying!" I exclaim.

Allan chuckles, "You know me, just crushing the patriarchy and sexist standards every chance I get"

"Al," Jenna Allan's manager walks into his dressing room, "You need to get changed quickly the meet and greet is starting in 10" Her tone was stern, she's very nice but she can be very scary when she needs to.

Allan nods following her out of the room.

"My feet are killing me" Aysha groans taking a seat on the couch slipping out of her heels.

"I told you 8-inch heels aren't the best to wear to a concert Aysha," I say taking a seat next to her rubbing her back.

"Why do I never listen to you?" Aysha sighs slipping out of her shoes, her feet were swollen, "I just wanted to look tall and hot in case I were to run into some hot guy" Aysha pouts causing all of us to laugh.

"You look hot with and without the shoes" I smile at her.

"Aww" Aysha coos resting her head on my shoulder for a second.

"I'm really going to miss you for the next 2 months" Aysha whines looking over at me.

"You can come to visit whenever" I smile reassuringly.

I'll actually be living in Miami for the next month and a half, almost 2 months because filming for my new movie called "Tit for Tat" is being shot here. I'm actually really excited to go back to work, I haven't done anything properly for a long period of time since my tour last year. I'm so exhilarated to wake up at 3 am and come home at 12 am for a whole month straight. This is the longest rest time or breaks I've taken and I'm over it. I just want to get back to work. Not to mention this is the first role ever where I'll be playing the villain, I've played the antagonist before but I've never played the villain before so I am thrilled.

"I still can't believe you're going to be in a Jennifer Bridges movie, like has there been a single movie of hers we haven't seen at least 5 times?" Jay says shaking his head in disbelief.

"Also Maria as a villain? That's not something I ever thought we'd see that on the big screen. I'm so hyped people are going to get to see your badass side" Olivia beams making me smile.

I chuckle, "Yes, I'm great at pretending like I'm a badass"

"Shut up, you absolutely are" Aysha nudges me in the stomach.

"I just wish I could stick along for a few more of Allan's shows with you guys" I pout.

"I won't lie to ya," Jay looks at me dead in the eye, "There's absolutely nothing like the groupie life" Jay shrugs causing all of us to laugh.

....

"Can one of you livestream the shows or something so I can feel like I'm there in spirit?" I whine.

"Stop being so clingy Maria, it's not cute" Jay rolls his eyes and my mouth opens wide offended at his comment.

"Hey, don't be mean to her right now. We won't see her for over a month" Allan jokes hugging me from the side.

"Exactly, so I need to get all out otherwise I'll actually go insane" Jay huffs.

"So looking forward to not having to deal with all of his anatics for the next couple of weeks" I roll my eyes at Jay while Allan, Liv, and Aysha just chuckle.

"Guys c'mon, we will miss our flights if we do not leave right now! We need to be at the venue in" Jenna check her watch, "In exactly 8 hours. Hurry up, you'll see Maria in a month it's not a big deal. She leaves for her work all the time come on!" Jenna barks walking out of the hotel room leaving us all laughing hysterically.

"Now that is what you call a badass" Liz jokes looking over at me.

"We really should before.." Allan trails off pointing to the door.

"Let's put it in for a group hug" Aysha extends her arms, we all smile as we quickly make a circle hugging each other.

"Have fun!" I wave to them from the hallway.

"Don't fuck up this role! We need that oscar already" Jay yells out running towards the elevator I giggle shaking my head as I step inside my hotel room once again.

I let out a hefty sigh taking a seat on the bed grabbing my script and highlighter, time to get back to work.
