CASSANDRA: The Unfavored Princess

Cassandra was frightened as she looked back.

'Why does he always come like a ghost?' Cassandra thought. 'Just like Ed.'

Cassandra stood up in a hurry. Her eyes widened in shock as she took a step back. Cassandra's back hit the table, making her hand rest on it to stabilize herself.

Aiden was shocked as he extended his hand towards the fifth Princess. His one arm circled around the Princess's waist as he pulled her closer to him, but the impact was much greater than Aiden had anticipated. Due to the pull, Aiden was pulled down along with the Princess.

Cassandra's heart was on her sleeves. Her eyes widened as her breath hitched. Cassandra looked up as she could see the well structured face of the Duke. His red eyes looked down at her with worry.

Aiden looked at Cassandra. Her soft and gentle skin glowed in his eyes. Her pulpy lips trembled as her blue eyes looked at him nervously.
