CASSANDRA: The Unfavored Princess

The Grand Duke looked inside the room.

The fifth Princess was on the bed. Her eyes were closed as her breathing increased. Princess Cassandra's eyes were closed. Her hand was down and a few droplets of water flew down.

The water had formed a layer on the floor as the fifth Princess's lady in waiting was at the side crying. The tears refused to stop as she rubbed her eyes continuously.

The Grand Duke did not understand anything as he walked inside. Soon Princess Cassandra's eyes opened as she looked at the Grand Duke. She tried to say something but could not. It looked like the words refused to come out of her mouth.

"What are you trying to say?" Lord Bentham moved forward with a worried expression. He sat down beside the fifth Princess as he took a hold of her hand. "What is happening to you?"
