A ghost calmly hummed a tune as he finished cleaning the toilet. Dusting his hands out of habit, Pro cheerfully exclaimed, "It seems I might have a chance of harvesting mystics today. I wonder if their harvest will be as bountiful as that evil cultist from before."
Plopping himself down on the bed while he waited, Pro pondered, "Those mystics might be investigators sent to investigate this place. Did I finally attract the attention of the government? But still, are they newbies? Aren't they afraid of waking up all the ghosts in the building with those loud gun firing sounds?"
As Pro continued his thoughts, he couldn't help but debate internally over whether to kill the mystics, "If I kill them, I will have to kill them all because if one escapes, I might get a free ticket to hell under the targeted suppression of the government's powerful mystics like that idiot car accident ghost. However, if I don't kill them, they might bring info back about me ... well, they probably already have some of that. The main downside of not killing them is a smaller harvest."
Pro then rolled around on the bed and hugged Alice as he asked, "Alice, what do you think I should do?"
Of course, Alice's answer was silence. Pro sighed as he concluded, "Well, if there is a powerful mystic mixed amongst them, I will just do my best to hide. If it's just newbie mystic apprentices, then I'll just harvest them like service workers so I don't attract government hatred. However, if they threaten my life, I will just pull out my gun and pew pew the bloody sh*t out of them. Even if it's an official mystic, they will still sh*t in fear in front of my gun!"
After rolling around a bit more with Alice, Pro then sighed, "Of course, this is all under the condition that they actually come pay me a visit. It's not like I can go out there and wave to tell them I'm here, come visit me."
Pro then continued to wait as he listened to the faint sounds of gun shots. Not long later, they seemed to fade away. He played around with Alice's hair out of boredom as he mutter, "Wonder what they are up to? What kind of battle can last that long? Are they trying to clear out the entire building's spirits?"
Bang! Bang! Bang!
"Huh?" Pro sat up in surprise as he listened more carefully, "Why does the gun shots sound like they are getting ... closer?"
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Not long later, Pro heard another couple loud shots, and it seemed to be outside his apartment. Pro's lips twitched as he had a bad feeling. He hopped off the bed and strolled over to the wall. Sticking his head through it, he sneakily peeked outside.
There he saw a familiar Asian teen dashing towards his apartment while looking backwards. The teen was carrying a middle aged man on his back, but the man seemed to be missing his legs?
"Huh? Isn't that the Gu Hao boy? Why is it you again?! And that black hair girl behind him is his heroine, Lena? Is that brown-hair chick a new addition to his harem?" Pro muttered in confusion as his eyes squinted and glanced further down the hallway.
Then, Pro's heart palpated as he stared in shock at the wall of flesh squeezing through the door. Pro swiftly pulled his head back into his room as he almost ripped his hair out in frustration, "What the f*ck?! Why did you bring that sh*t here again?!"
Then, Pro heard Gu Hao's call for help outside his apartment.
"What would happen to this boy if I refused to take him in? If he's really the protagonist, then even if all his companions die, he will still live. In that case, he might really blacken and turn into a hero seeking vengeance, and I may be put onto his vengeance list," Pro couldn't help but cry crocodile tears, "I need to put up a sign someday, Toilet Wonderland reserves the right to refuse service to any customer."
Pro then sighed as he stared at his pitiful points, "I don't think I can hold it for long, but hey, I'll extend a hand so you can't blame me for not doing so in the future."
With a thought and a wave of his hands to use his ability
"Well, that should buy you some time, but I really can't seem to see how you would escape from this ... will you awaken some OP super power out of nowhere? Will some god descend and recognize you as a son ... wait, his father was a police officer, so maybe his mother?" Pro muttered with a mocking tone.
THUD!
[An invader is attempting to enter your domain. Will you allow or deny the entry?]
"Of course no-"

"Holy sh*t! Do you think it's easy for me to earn points?! Oh hell no! F*ck your mother, do you think I'm easy to bully?!" Pro howled in grief as he dashed towards the wall.
Hopping through it, Pro went into physical form and glared at the wall of flesh humping his door. Claws popped out of his hands as Pro howled, "I'll chop your ancestors to the 18th generation!"
Swish! Puff! Swish! Owoohhh!
A ghastly howl resounded as the side of the wall of flesh opened up to reveal sharp teeth. Pro hurriedly went back into ghost form and dived back into his domain as he watched the jaw pounce over.
[Warning! The barrier to host's domain has been breached! It will cost 80 life points to repair...]
"F*cking sh*t! My points!" Pro growled in regret.
Suddenly, multiple shrieks resounded from outside the apartment room. The attacks on his wall stopped for a moment as Pro breathed a sigh of relief, "Hopefully, this b*stard will be scared away again. Repair domain."
[Consuming 80 life points to repair the barrier of the domain ...]
[Domain barrier repaired.]
Staring at his pitiful 40 points, Pro floated to the bathroom wall and secretly peeked out at the group in the living room. The middle-aged man in a robe was now laying against the wall. Gu Hao knelt in front of him while Lena applied medicine to him. The brown-hair teenage lady was now holding the man's arm with a worried expression.
The middle-aged man sighed as he slowly opened his eyes to glance at Gu Hao, "Hao, there is no need to feel guilty. It was my choice."
"B-But-" Gu Hao muttered with red eyes.
"Don't be so depressed. Here, let me tell you a story ... a man vowed to protect his sister, who sacrifice her happiest time of her youth in order to earn money to send him to school. He graduated with okay standards. He was going to get a job, but he suddenly encountered the hidden side of the world by accident and was attracted by it. He pushed away his normal life ... his sister ... in order to focus on his journey to seek power ..."
The brown-hair lady sniffed beside the man as she looked away with red eyes.
"In the end, he got his power. He then thought about his sister ... he wanted to repay her using his new found power. Alas ... her tough life as a single mother wore her out, and the man was only able to find her grave and the daughter she left behind in an orphanage, Beatrice," the man sighed.
"J-Jack, please stop. Ya need to rest, ya can tell the story later," Beatrice persuaded as she wiped her tears.
The man smiled as he continued, "The man then vowed to protect his niece, to raise her, and to give it his all to grant her the power so that she won't have to give up everything in order to seek power like him. And I must say, the man did well ... hahaha."
Beatrice rolled her wet eyes as Gu Hao solemnly stared at blood flowing out of the man's lower body. Gu Hao glanced at Lena who locked eyes with him and shook her head lightly. Gu Hao's fists tightened.
"But alas, the man can't protect her forever ... after all, time is limited for a mortal," the man whispered.
Beatrice shook her head vehemently as she stuttered, "N-No, Jack, ya will be there to protect me, forever. Ya promised!"
Jack softly chuckled as he replied, "Yes, darling. Yes, I will ... just in a different manner."
Jack waved his hand and pulled all his props out of thin air before placing them in a pile on the ground.
Jack then glanced at Gu Hao as he continued, "I'm sure you have heard about the ways to become an official mystic, through those potion recipes or rituals. However, there is another way that is only known to those that have become official mystics. Normally, the source of power of an official mystic will dissipate after death; however, if a living official mystic is willing before their death, they can choose to pass on the torch ..."
With this statement, Jack opened his mouth slowly as a rainbow-glowing droplet of liquid floated out of his mouth and hovered in the air in front of him, "I know you wanted to be a Holy Soldier, but Hao ... are you willing to accept my torch and help me protect Beatrice in my place?"
"N-No! Jack! Ya can't! Ya can't do this to me! Ya swore to protect me!" tears ran down Beatrice's face as she gripped Jack in fear.
Jack ignored her and stared at Gu Hao, whispering softly, "For us, will you?"
A tear rolled down Gu Hao's face as he wiped it away. He nodded and replied with firm conviction, "I will."
"Then, swallow it," Jack commanded with a smile.
Gu Hao slowly opened his mouth and brought his face forward, swallowing the drop of rainbow-colored liquid under the tearful eyes of Beatrice and Lena. A burning sensation filled Gu Hao's chest as he felt a wave of power surge through him. His mind seemed to expand as he felt knowledge automatically being ingrained into it.
"Good," Jack smiled as he said softly before staring at Beatrice, "Hah ... I'm sorry ..."
"N-No! Jack! No ..." Beatrice sobbed as she hugged Jack and buried her face into Jack's chest.
Jack smiled wryly as he stared at the ceiling, "Ay, I've always wanted quote this famous pirate once ..."
Glancing at the door where the monster had begun to slam against once again, Jack had a cheeky smile. He raised his hand and pointed at the door as he whispered, "Ya will never get the gold! We'll never surrender! Hao ... Go, give em the broadside ... this be the final message from yours ... truly, Captain ... Jack-"
Jack's hand then weakly fell to the ground as his eyes blankly stared out at the door. A moment of silence descended in the room to mourn the passing of a normal man who just wanted to protect others.
Mixed sobs then sounded as Lena tried to comfort Beatrice. Tears rank down Gu Hao's face as he magically stashed away the props even though it seemed that there was nowhere to actually stash them! Reaching out his hands, Gu Hao closed Jack's eyes.
Gu Hao then gave three long bows to Jack, respecting him as a teacher, "Rest in peace teach, I'll handle the rest."
Wiping his tears, Gu Hao then fiercely glared at the door with murderous intent.
