CHAPTER 18
Ashley and Alan were tested by the empress several times. Every test was passed for them. After five days both finally finished the event.
—Now you are free. I bless you so that you will never suffer the same fate as me —The figure of a beautiful woman saw Alan and Ashley with expectation.
"An unknown skill has been acquired" The notice of the game sounds at the same time that the woman disappears and they are teleported to the dungeon's entrance.

Elsewhere Joel and Drake were planning their next move. Joel hates Ashley with all his soul. So he was ready to accept any order from Drake. He almost became mad when his eye was cut and He almost can feel the pain, still now. When Drake saw the injuries of Joel he thought it was a possibility so he had been reconsidering his plan since then.
If he was right the things could be more complicated than he thought at the beginning but it doesn't mean it will be impossible. Ashley has many weaknesses that he could use. With this thought Drake's eyes shining with a light viciousness. This time he will succeed.

They enjoy the vacation until Leila and Dustin call them for something important. According to Dustin's report. Some belongings were found in the assassin's lair. Ashley and Alan returned quickly for this reason and they were to the lair located in a mountain of difficult access.
In one of the punishment cells had clothes and a broken spear. Ashley can't avoid feeling confused. It is supposed that when a person dies everything related to it disappears from the game except if the person assigned other players to get their belongings. That method is even used with married people.
Alan was talking some details with Dustin so only Leila and Ashley walked towards the Heloise belongings. Ashley had been thinking much the last time she saw Heloise. If she remembers well, she saw fear in Heloise's eyes before she escaped. Did she know that something was going to happen to her? That's why she made that desperate look. Ashley felt some regret because she didn't notice this before.
Ashley kneels and when she touches the broken spear. All her body started trembling. Leila by her side was alarmed and called her worried.
—Ashley, Are you okay? —Leila saw that Ashley's body broke out in cold sweat and she grabbed her chest with strength. It is like she wants to pull up her heart. Leila was scared with this view so she called Alan with anxiety.
Ashley heard the people worried by her side but she couldn't say anything because something happened with older Ashley in her interior. The older Ashley's emotions didn't let Ashley breathe. Hate, anger, pain and sadness.
"What happened?! Why are you so agitated?"
'Is he...He was here….the person who took everything from me!!' Older Ashley's tone became fierce and violent.
Ashley's eyes shiny with a red color and Alan, Leila and Dustin startle.
"Older Ashley please calm down!!" Ashley shouted with worry. Older Ashley didn't answer anymore and continued to resound in Ashley's body and mind. Ashley's trembling didn't stop for a while
When she finally recovered control she fell exhausted in Alan's arms. Alan took her far away from there and after taking a rest Ashley felt well. With some energy she started to make questions to older Ashley. She didn't answer for a while but she knew that it was better to give Ashley some information, so her voice was heard in Ashley's mind.
