In the end, Riley had no choice but to tell Lark the whole truth about his trip with Draco. Of course, Lark made a fuss about it. Riley had to console him for a long time and ended up making a promise to vacation next break.

The two friends talk for more than an hour. Lark tells Riley of interesting people he met and is excited about the coming university life.

By the time they ended, it was almost 10 PM in P. Country. Thirsty, Riley moved to stand up wanting to go downstairs and get water. However, he had not taken a step when his phone rang again. It was on his bed facing down thus did not immediately see who the caller was.

Puzzled as to who was calling him this late, he bent to pick up his phone. And he almost dropped it due to fright when he saw 'Draco Sy' on the screen. Since he came home from L. Country, it was the first time that name appeared again on his phone screen as a caller.

Taking a few deep breaths, Riley answered the call.
