Arms gone?

"YES! LET'S FIGHT ALREADY!"

"Hmm... but the fight has already ended"

Alduin smiled at her...

"HUH?! What do you mean?! I am conscious! I am still standing!!" Andra shouted at Alduin in rage and confusion

Alduin laughed at her and said,

"How will you fight, If you have no arms?"

When Alduin said that, Andra looked at her absent arms, there was no blood dripping, there was no pain, but her arms from the elbow were not present.

Andra was confused, horrified, dazed. A fighter without arms is the same as a crippled defenseless meat sack. Her mind was in chaos and panic. Never did she think someone would actually remove her arms.

"What-I- How?! I never sensed it, nobody saw it. SO HOW?!!"

"Well, I win, don't I? Seeing you don't have any arms. You can't fight. Well, I guess my expenses are in your "hands" now." Alduin chuckled at his terrible pun while Andra's heart was still shaken.

Some moments went by and she soon recollected her thoughts and accepted her fate.

"Very well, a promise is a promise. I will pay for your expenses" Andra said in a dejected and aggrieved tone.

"Great! Now as a reward, I will give you your arms back!"

Soon after Alduin said that. Her arms were visible, there was not even a single scratch on them.

It looked as if it was invisible before and now it was visible.

"WHAT?!! HOW?! Wasn't it cut off?!!!" Andra again shouted at Alduin, this was too much to take for her muscle brain.

*Chuckle*

"Well, it was just not visible, a human's mind makes them believe what they see. So, in simple terms, your arms were there, but I made you believe that it was gone, and the people around also helped me" Alduin enlightened her, but it seems she barely understood.

'Huh? My arms were there but I didn't see? I should've felt it though." Andra asked in a confused manner, her mind didn't quite comprehend what just happened.

"In simple words, the people around you and what you saw made you believe that your arms were truly gone." Irene who had already come out of the room because of the shouting and clatter told her.

"Such interesting concept isn't it? Humans stupidly believe what is told and what they see."

"Then isn't it cheating?! He didn't win fair and square. I said one-on-one brawl and he uses magic." Andra complained and shouted,

"Well...you already gave up and decided to pay. So...in the end, it ends well." Alduin put on his most charming smile and winked at her.

This did cause some reaction towards her but she still sulked. Muttering and complaining about how he was cheating and how she herself is beautiful and that he lost his chance while drinking some mugs of mead.

"Wait!! I still challenge you to a drinking competition!!! If you win, I pay for your drinks and If I win, I want another rematch but no using of petty magic tricks this time!!" Andra ran towards Alduin's table and slammed her hands which caused the mead he was drinking to spill.

*Twitch* *Twitch*

"You know what, fine I will accept it. CLEAR THE AREA FOR US!!!" Alduin shouted at the people and they did as told.

People started cheering and slamming their hands on the table.

*SLAM* *BANG* *BANG*

FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!!

The people were shouting and cheering at them like it was a pit. Well, it became a pit so doesn't change many things anyways.

Alduin grinned and put on a slacked stance. He knew he was way strong than that girl, he wasn't wrong but that girl wasn't weak either. According to the world's combat statistics, she would be counted quite strong. Enough to take down 10 trained men at once.

"Come at me, girl!" Alduin gestured his finger

Andra ran towards him without any charging sounds, although she may be a muscle head, who shouted like charging in like that.

*BANG*

Andra did a right hooked jab towards Alduin who blocked it with his hand creating a powerful shockwave.

He swiftly used his right leg to push at her stomach which she dodged by instinct.

"That all you got?! I overestimated you. I guess without your magic you are not that strong." Andra mocked Alduin,

"Well, it seems I may have underestimated you then. I didn't think you would be this good, but I'm tired and I want this to end. So buckle up and pray to god that you are not broke," Alduin replied and sprinted towards Andra,

He did a left hooked jab towards her face, she dodged but soon realized it was a feint but by the time she had realized it a strong punch came towards her abdomen knocking her down in a clean punch.

*BANG*

The punch resounded like a rumble of thunder in her armor. She tried to get up but couldn't move since Alduin was at her face in a point-blank range.

At that moment she realized she had fucked up, but also how he was handsome, is it because of the lighting? or because she is a masochist? The answer nobody knows.

"Alright! That's enough staring at each other's faces! Now move it!" Irene hurriedly went and pulled Alduin from Andra.

'Why am I doing this?! Do I have feelings for him? If so, when did I start to harbor such feelings?' Irene questioned herself while Acnologia was intrigued by this, Alduin and Andra stared at her.

"Don't forget our promise~" Alduin whispered towards Andras ear which caused Irene to pull Alduin from her.

"Enough! Let's all sleep now" Irene held Alduin's hand pulled him,

"Oh ho~ never thought Irene would be so courageous, to pull another man's hand. So lewd of you Irene" Alduin teased Irene while she just figured that she was holding her hands with Alduin,

Irene stormed back into her room slamming her door once again,

'My poor door. I just hope it doesn't break.' The bartender's mind was filled with worry towards his door,

'Lucky bastard, having a chance with such two beautiful women' The men in the bar all agreed on that, even if they didn't say it out loud. They could understand each other's vision. It's a one-of-a-kind bro code.

'Well, looks like this drama has ended, but never did I think that they would progress so fast. I am splitting up with them once I reach Dragnof. I can't handle this mushiness until I kill the dragons myself." Acnologia inwardly said to himself and started to go towards his room.

"Just you wait! Soon I will beat you!" Andra said to Alduin and she paid her and his drinks and soon she went to her room.

The bar was getting empty and people were leaving one by one as the drama had finished. Alduin also went to his room to sleep.

The three of them had separate rooms bought each, Acnologia's was in the left-most, Alduin's was in the middle, and Irene's was in the rightmost. Alduin could hear Irene's screaming and kicking the bed, although it was faint. It could still be heard.

'Ahhh!! Why did I do that?!! When did I become so lewd!! But...I liked the feeling of his hand. His warm hands enveloping my body- Ahhhh!!!! So lewd!' Irene thought to herself and she kept squirming while slowly falling asleep.

'Her hands felt soft...' Alduin thought while he kept watching his hands and slowly drifting into the darkness called sleep.

---Next Day---

"I hope you all had a pleasant sleep. Though yesterday's drama was quite the wild one." The barkeep for some reason always kept cleaning his mugs while talking.

"Don't you have something else to do rather than cleaning the mugs?" Acnologia questioned his in a straightforward

"Hohohoho! I have but I usually do it far from the prying eyes." The barkeep laughed and replied to Acnologia,

"Hmm...." Alduin and Acnologia both squinted their eyes while looking at the barkeep and ate their breakfast before heading out to the Kingdom of Dragnof.

After a short packing and readying up the three of them got ready to go head to the Kingdom of Dragnof.

"So..Irene, I've been meaning to ask this to you. Are you really The Queen of Dragnof kingdom." Alduin asked her without beating around the bush,

Irene flinched for a moment, before saying, "Yes, I am The Queen of Dragnof kingdom." Her reply was short,

"So that's where the "royal etiquette" radiated from. No wonder." Alduin joked while Acnologia rolled his eyes at the joke,

Irene tried to hide her laughter but her face betrayed it, Alduin who saw this got another chance to tease her.

"Aww~ Miss Queen now doesn't want to speak with us commoners, Acnologia. Look at this, now that we know she is a queen, she is starting to show us her real personality" Alduin made a betrayed and sad look, Acnologia again rolled his eyes and pushed him away.

"I AM NOT IGNORING YOU!! THE REASON I'M NOT TALKING WITH YOU IS BECAUSE- because..."

Irene remembering what she did yesterday, could only blush at it.

"Ohh~ because? Go on, don't leave me hanging. I want to know the reason."

Irene slapped his shoulders and started to walk a bit faster,

The two of them caught up to her, and soon night began to fall, by the pace they are walking at. It would take another 2 days to arrive at Dragnof Kingdom.

--2 days later--

They approached the Dragnof Kingdom entrance where thick colossal walls were guarding the city.

Many people were there, but most of them were adventurers.

"Well..We have arrived at your abode, Your Highness. It was fun knowing you." Alduin told Irene since he was a random nobody. He obviously can't be close with Irene since she is the Queen.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Irene questioned Alduin,

"He means that we will now go our separate ways since you are the Queen of this kingdom and we are nobody. Well..he will do what is needed and I will go my own way." Acnologia cleared that out to Irene,

"Hmm..So what If I'm the Queen, you are still my friends and nobody cares about your background. I rule this place you know. You can stay at the inn or the palace." Irene made a smug look...

"Hmm...we can stay at the palace huh? Damn.." Alduin thought to himself,

"Yes, but are you sure your subjects want that?"

"Mhm..you can stay at the palace, there aren't that many people anyways. So it doesn't even matter." When Irene said there were not many people, her face drooped a bit.

"Yes, good. Alduin you stay at her palace, I will go my way..for "the thing" Acnologia told him while Alduin made a serious face and nodded,

They soon arrived at the kingdom entrance,

"State your business!" The guards asked them,

"Does the Queen really need something to visit her own kingdom?" Irene made a strict face and asked them...

"Who-! Your Highness! My humblest pardon. Please this way" The guards were shocked, so were the other people.

*Chuckle*

Irene laughed seeing her tense subject and entered the entrance.

"Thank You, and Oh! The two are with me, don't ask them anything. Let them in" Irene told the guards while they hesitated a bit,

"But Your Highness-"

"Don't worry, they won't do anything to me," Irene reassured them and they gave up,

Alduin just smiled at them while Acnologia ignored them and just walked inside,

The citizens of the kingdom opened a path for Irene and a huge crimson with a horn on its forehead scaled dragon slowly descended, it had two big curved horns on its front and two small curved horns on its back forehead.

'Belserion!" Irene smiled at the dragon,

The dragon also smiled at Irene and made a serious face,

"Irene, who are they. I smell the blood of an ancient dragon on them. They are very very dangerous. Especially the black-haired, he feels like a dragon but he looks like a human" Belserion warned her,

"What?! Do you mean they have killed dragons?!! I knew they were strong..but this.." Irene was amazed but also scared.

"Drem Yol Lok, Dov. Zu'u Los Alduin" Alduin greeted Belserion in the dragon language

"Where did you learn that human?' Belserion was shocked beyond, the words Alduin spoke, it resounded inside his soul, in every fiber of his being, every dragon in the kingdom felt that. Another one of their kind.

"Hmm...I guess I underestimated you too much, Dragon" Alduin's voice sounded like a glacier, very cold but his face maintained the smile. Acnologia looked like he was ready to tear the dragon apart at any moment.

"Belserion, that is my name. Who are you?"

"I am Alduin and beside me is Acnologia. We arrived here, to see if the peace between Humans and Dragons, and it seems that the rumors are true."

"For Now," Acnologia said which caused people to sweat.

"Hmm...follow me Alduin and Acnologia. We have much to discuss." Irene spoke and Belserion also nodded.

Alduin just smiled and nodded while Acnologia was releasing his hatred and pressure.
