After Some Checking There's No Survival Tools In The Backpack Unless...Steve Creates And Added It Himself, He Can Put A Crafting Perk Or A Light Perk On The Backpack So It Has More Uses.

Like Example The Teleporting Perk, Inorder To Make Or Get It You Have To Find Endermen Eyes, End Stone Dust And Chorus Seed.

Once You Make It Can Be Implemented With Your Backpack So That Anything You Put Inside Your Backpack Will Teleport You Directed, It Can Lead To A Chest Or Exploding Tnt To Your Foes.

But Steve Has None Of That So He Decides To Just Make A Camping Perk.

Apparently While I Was Gone The System Gave Steve A Free Handbook Because It's A Starting Pack And That's It Just A Handbook.

How He Made It, Because It's Possible To Just Use A Crafting Table So He Made It By A Sleeping Bag, Crafting Table, Fireplace And A Tent, Wool Tent.

The Perk Looks Like A Hexagon Shapes Object But The Bottom And Sides Just Looks Like A Forest Drawing Green And Brown But At The Top Of It, That Is The Size Of A Baseball Has A Picture Of A Stickman With A Backpack Sitting Down By A Fire With A Tent And Crafting Table On His Side.
