[Vasha POV]

"Listen my children, you have been lost, abandon, forgotten, cast out with no one and left to fend for yourself you are worth nothing to anyone. I know quiet..but I am different I love you unconditionally you are my children you are wanted, you are not alone we are a family and to me there is nothing worth more then you" the woman spoke words to squeeze into there hearts, after some outburst she calmed them by telling them they were wanted and important but I could see the truth in her words as her eyes never left me.

'I see if not mistaken this is how the Black out incident happened in ghost in a shell some what close to it. Let's go over what we know first'

The red glow stopped as black suits separated the kids, the young to older boys and girls moved to different areas. I was taken alone with another girl into a area away from the rest as I thought.

'Firstly, many times I have seen that it is relatively late in the coming of age (around 1984) that being said the world is not overly advanced but it is in a higher level of technology well as for constructional advances, as seen by the building in Tokyo and other cities like it around the world more then my original world. There is also the twilights they have talked about along with the military forces like rogue companies and arms dealers.'

Thinking to myself the white haired woman walked up to me and the purple haired girl with a smile. Placing her hands on our cheeks and asking up to get into these chambers of liquid as a small red light could be seen in her eyes.

"Yes mother we love you"

Me and the girl said as i strip down to my underwear, showing the muscles a girl of my age shouldn't have.

"Oh dr. Cross look at this, it would seem the child was physical trying to mold her self, not a trait a young girl should have, look at the muscle definition and over lays" the white haired woman said as a man walked over looking like a typical evil scientist.

"Yes from her age weight and muscle growth, she would have had to tear her body apart over and over in order to do this, fascinating a child that willing underwent body improvement even if the strain could have killed her..alright you sold me this one does seem strange"

Cross walked around me looking at the muscles and said his thoughts before smiling at the white haired woman and walked away.

"You will make mother proud right? Both of you?" mother said smiling.

"Yes mother," both of us said as I saw the little girl turn her grey eyes to me.

Mother smiled and helped us into the pod chambers. Putting the breathing mask on as the liquid was filled again. Then the chamber closed as I made my eyes go back to normal.

'That being said it would seem in 1915 humans would try making biological steps taking technology in a more organic way first, giving a drug called celebrer. Celebrer is a drug that was first created during the war to enhance strength, speed and agility. In order to create a better human the problem was it was toxic and highly addictive, but after the new age the soldiers that had Some how survived the war had children and it trickle down through the ages as the kids until now, the kids still needed the drug even if it had become a part of them no longer regular the strength and agility was embedded in their every fiber. They still needed the drugs the mentality of this kids was unstable and lead to governments stepping in making the three laws as well as monitoring them. Going as far as giving them tags not by being a soldier but more of being a dog. Truly a sad fate for them I guess'

With my eyes closed I floated uncaring as this was what I asked for in my wishes, twilights need drugs I would never use that and normal humans unless trained in fire arms are weak, even then most die in terms of strength even to weak twilights.

'Moving on, the world has moved towards technology now well in the darker parts of the world like this place as the world I've seen from what Maria has showed me the world thinks human cybernetics are inhumane but would that stop the people from trying to enhance humans, look at this with technology they kidnapped 800 kids like nothing.'

I thought for a while before letting myself feel the embrace of sleep.
