MEMORY: The Four and the Three (Part 1)

“Don’t remove them yet!” Tessa’s pitch was higher than usual which had kept us glued on the spot. “I have to take pictures of you first,” she said.

Tessa was beaming as she looked at her creations worn by no other than her high school friends: the awkward one, the lovely one, and the grumpy one.

I wasn’t used to seeing my reflection in a huge mirror inside a huge room with a huge wardrobe for costumes and dresses. What’s more is that I couldn’t even recognize myself looking like one of the women in ancient Greece.

Yana was wearing the same flowy dress, but brighter, and with golden beads to make her stand out in her role as a celestial being. Kira was wearing something like a monk’s robe, while Tessa’s role was to design our costume and props.
