Chapter 5

"Kushina..." Minato started saying, "Do you know what you're getting into?"

She gave him a hard look and said, "Minato, let Naruto remove the seal."

Minato looked away from her, "I'm sorry, I know you suffered a lot when I picked Naruto up to seal him, but I couldn't give that mission to someone else."

"Minato, I will never forgive you, no matter what excuses you give me... Just let me remove the damn seal."

Minato looked at her and sighed and then looked at his son who hadn't said anything, but he knew he was conflicted deep inside him. "Naruto, I trust kushina and I know she knows what she's doing Or maybe not. I did what I did and I have no regrets, so do what you want with this power and no matter what path you choose, I will be proud as long as you are happy." Minato let go of his hand and put his hand on his head, naruto looked at him and smiled back as tears came to his eyes as he met his father who despite giving him this burden but Naruto did not hate him.

Minato turned to look at kushina and saw only hatred in her eyes, sighing and saying for the last time, "I'm sorry," as soon as he said that he disappeared.

They lasted a while in silence and then kushina said, "Naruto, remove the seal," nodding naruto removed the seal and the doors opened.

Kushina was tense, the doors were open and she would be waiting for any sudden movement from the fox.

The fox looked at them and said, "Bwaajajajajajajjaj... I fooled them" Kushina opened her eyes and as she was about to do something she heard, "It was a joke" The Kyūubi suddenly deformed into a bunch of red bubbles.

Kushina realized she came back to reality, she looked at her son and saw him convulsing on the floor, she tried to touch him but then pulled away, he was so hot it burned her hand.

She could only watch as naruto rolled over and from one moment to the next, he would sprout muscles as much as an adult bodybuilder, then be so skinny he could easily die of malnutrition and then again he would be muscular again and then skinny.

She watched thinking that maybe it had been a bad idea and that maybe Naruto wouldn't be able to handle that power and would end up exploding.

After 20 minutes he had finally calmed down and was passed out on the floor, she walked over and noticed that he was exactly the same as he was at the beginning. His temperature was back to normal now, was it over, was it a success? She wouldn't know until he woke up, so she picked him up and carried him to the bed.

Kushina couldn't believe how much her son had changed in these seven months. When he had woken up after receiving the power the Kyūubi, she couldn't deny it, deep inside she was afraid that she had screwed up and that her son was now being controlled by the fox but she realized that it's not, he was still that boy who loved her very much although she realized that his attitude was different from that of a child, much more calm and relaxed. His reasoning skills were quite advanced and his reading speed had increased.

His chakra control training had improved tremendously, she had taught him to walk through the trees and just the first time he could already stay in the tree for 2 minutes, something that had taken her 1 day.

But despite all these great improvements, there was something strange and that was that his chakra was exactly the same as always, she thought that maybe his chakra would increase and it did but only a little and she was sure that the chakra of the Kyūubi was endless after all she had tasted it first hand.

She came to the conclusion that her son's small body was not capable of withstanding the gigantic energy of the kyubi, she could only hope that as he grew older and stronger he would be able to access that power.

"Well, we will make some small matches to practice the taijutsu skills," Naruto listened as Mizuki told them while he was on top of a ring, "The rules are simple, you must take your opponent out of the ring, if we see necessary we will interrupt the fight.,"

The matches were divided between men and women. Mizuki was announcing the bouts, the first fight was between chouji and kiba.

"Kiba, I hope you are prepared to have a broken bone or maybe two," joked Chouji.

"You wish you chubby boy," Kiba teased him and saw how he made angry eyes.

"I'm soooo wide-boned," shouted Chouji as he charged towards Kiba.

"Hey, wait still... never mind," said iruka resignedly.

Chouji angrily charged towards kiba and kiba just moved to the side dodging him, he got behind chouji and put his foot on the broad bones back and pushed him out of the ring.

Naruto just shook his head "Buh kiba buh, how mean, making fun of people" when Naruto said that, the rest of the students also started shouting "you're so mean" to the inuzuka.

Kiba gave him an angry look with a raised fist as he watched his friend die of laughter.

When everything calmed down mizuki announced: "The next fight is between uzumaki naruto and uchiha sasuke."

Well this was something that the blond was expecting, the uchiha was the most skilled of the class and he knew that mizuki only did it so he could beat him up.

"Sasuke-kun, you're the best." Naruto heard the group of sasuke's fan, they were so obnoxious.

Naruto stood in front of sasuke and sasuke looked at him with a smirk on his face, "I'll try not to be so harsh," sasuke said to him and made a vein pop out on naruto's forehead.

"You better have an ambulance ready," said naruto as he heard mizuki's start and shot off towards sasuke.

Naruto raised his fist straight to sasuke's face, but sasuke dodged it by leaning a little to the side while he prepared a hook that was going to hit Naruto's abdomen, but he foresaw what Sasuke was going to do and jumped backwards and without giving him time to react he approached with a kick straight to sasuke's feet that made him lose his balance and fall.

Naruto heard how the fans of sasuke shouted at him for hitting his beloved uchiha, what did you think of that fear, Naruto gave him a smile of superiority, sasuke who was on the floor gave him a look of hatred and stood up.

They looked at each other for a second and this time it was Sasuke who shot at him while the chorus of the fans could be heard.

Naruto caught sasuke's punch and with his free arm he was going to throw a punch, but at that moment he received a knee from sasuke and moved out of the way. The fan girls screamed like crazy.

This time they both lunged towards each other and after a couple of exchanges of blows Naruto thought, "I think it's about time to end this".

Naruto with his right arm was going to perform a very wide hook that left his defense very exposed, sasuke seeing this gap launched a counter.

Naruto saw it, he could easily not only dodge the blow but his hook would also easily contact and knock him out.

But he didn't and let sasuke's punch hit him and he flew backwards while thinking, "I hope kaa-chan gives me a big bowl of ramen", as he finished his thought he fell to the ground outside the ring.
