{[Last Time in Naruto A Chaotic World]}

Kushina then moved to the one complete limb and performed the same action.

She then moved to her leg which was only knee deep and amputated what was left of it and did the same with the other limb.

Naruto was in shock and put his hand to his mouth in a way that tried to avoid vomiting. He had woken up very happy, and not seeing his mother he got up from his bed and set out to look for her.

As soon as he got out, a foul smell reached his nose, and he realized it was coming from the next room.

As he glanced around, he saw something that paralyzed him. His mother was sitting in a chair with her head lying on the bed, and in it, lay the body of a woman.

She was wrapped in a white sheet stained red. As he looked at her, he had noticed something strange, and he immediately knew what it was. The woman was without arms or legs.

This could not be noticed with the naked eye, since she looked more like a little girl lying down, but what made him come to that conclusion was that the amputated limbs were on a table at the end of the room dripping blood on the floor. No longer able to stand it, he vomited up all of yesterday's food.

"Kaa... kaa-chan," naruto said dizzily as he moved her. Kushina woke up and looked confused at her son who was covering his nose and mouth with his hand. A few seconds later she reacted to her surroundings and sighed.

"I'll tell you later, first let me clean up," Kushina created a couple of clones which took care of cleaning the room.

She checked her friend's condition and sighed as she saw that her vital signs were fine. Once she had bathed, she went to her room and there was her son waiting for her.

Sighing she sat down next to him, and told him everything she had seen the day before without leaving out any details, she would never hide anything from him nor would she lie to him. Naruto nodded and then asked her: "Do you think she will survive?"

"For the moment she is stable, but I am more worried about she reaction when she finds out about her condition," she said a little depressed and felt her son's arms wrapped around her.

"I'm sure she'll understand," she smiled at him and kissed him on the lips.

...

Konoha mourned, they had not only lost their hokage, but they also learned that the culprits of his death had been the uchiha clan. The clan was one of the most beloved by the people, and now the survivors were being watched in an unfriendly manner.

At the time of the sandaime's burial, most of the townspeople were gathered to pay their respects. Naruto watched everything from afar, and although the villagers seemed to have forgotten about him for now, he didn't want to stay close to them, besides the hokage was one of the ones who separated him from his mother, so paying his respects was not something he felt like doing.

...

"I still can't believe the old man is dead," jiraiya sighed, as he sat across from Danzo who was wrapped in bandages and sitting in a wheelchair, "What about the Uchiha survivors?"

"We can't afford to give them a trial and sentence them to death, we can't deny that their doujutsu is one of the most powerful military artillery in the village. We will just say that they were innocent and knew absolutely nothing about the coup, and it is true, most of them were children who were not told anything, only the adults had knowledge. The only thing we have to do is to manipulate them in a way that they are loyal to the village, maybe this coup can be very useful to manipulate them, but leave that to me, for now let's focus on the purpose of this meeting. Do you know why I have called you?"

"I guess you want to take the position, but you know I won't let you, right?" said Jiraiya suspiciously, who, although he didn't like the idea of being hokage, would take the position as long as the old man in front of him didn't take it.

"Hmmhmmhmm, look at my condition," Jiraiya saw the bandaged old man in a wheelchair, "I can't even move well, do you think I can do anything in this state? I'm not going to give up later, but for now I'll concentrate my strength on recovering, the humiliation that guy put me through is something to worry about. Good thing they didn't control the kyubi's jinchuriki with their sharingan."

"Speaking of which, I'm surprised you didn't want to control it."

"Oh, but I did." Danzo said smiling.

"What?" Jiraiya was startled no one had said anything to him.

"I said I did it." Standing up as a man, he replied.

"I know what you said," he said with obvious annoyance.

"Yes, yes, I know what you mean," Danzo smiled seeing the sannin's anger, "I'm not surprised that Hiruzen didn't tell you, you're his godfather, who knows what you would do if you found out," Jiraiya was about to hit him so he quickly added. "But as you can imagine, I couldn't," jiraiya calmed down a bit, and looked at him waiting for an explanation, "Let's see, where do you think the boy lived before he had his own house, if no orphanage wanted him," he continued,

"Exactly, with me. I tried to train him and break his emotions, but the moment I put the seal on him something strange happened. Some of the kyubi's chakra was released. Have you ever thought why I had bandages on my right arm?" As he said it he took it off, and when it was completely removed he showed it to him. The sannin raised an eyebrow when he saw the horrible scar he had,

"When we managed to calm him down he fainted and when he woke up he didn't remember anything at all. The worst thing is that every time he saw me, the fox's chakra began to flow," Jiraiya wondered if his student had something to do with it.

"What, if you can't, and I think you know I don't want to, what do you have in mind? The other elders have already said, for a long time now, that they would only settle for being councilors," said Jiraiya.

"Actually, my first choice had been Orochimaru, but after thinking about it for a while, I came to the conclusion that it would be a bad idea," Jiraiya nodded his head, he knew that his teammate should not be entrusted with that position, "After much thought, I realized that the only person capable of holding this position would be your student's student, Kakashi," Jiraiya raised his eyebrow.

Jiraiya hadn't dealt much with Sakumo's son, but he had heard a lot about Sakumo's exploits.

"I know he's a bit young, but Minato was also the same age when he got the position. He is in his best form right now, as an ambu captain he has performed excellent feats, and his good leadership can't be denied. I feel that, besides you, he is the only one who can fill the position properly." Jiraiya pondered this. Suna was not going to be happy about Sakumo's son being the new hokage and perhaps it would strain relations a bit, but perhaps Minato's student had inherited his ideals and it would be something beneficial to the village.

Besides he did not have many options left. "mmm, well, I think I'm with you."
