Villains!

"And that's why you shouldn't let dogs eat chocolate."

"Now that makes sense!"

"Why do you know that kind of thing?" Madara, who was walking right next to them, tries to be distracted by the singing of a yellowish fluff bird, the little bird seemed very excited to see the visitors.

"Or rather, why are you talking about this with a three-year-old?" Questions Sasuke, who had already sat down on the ground and was being dragged along by the invisible rope.

"It's always good to learn that kind of thing!"

"Yes, you're right!" Fumikage cheerfully agrees, unaware that it was something directed at the Uchiha.

The patrols made around the fence might be some clue to the reason, Fumikage, clever in his way, theorized that there might be some villain hidden around there, but Ren just nodded and said something like, 'Oh? A villain? I've never seen one personally, sounds cool,' and continued walking as quiet and serene as before, Sasuke at his side remembering the winged thief and the blow Ren gave the man, but Fumikage couldn't see the Uchiha's wince, only his friend's happy walk, and that posture was contagious, for soon the bird boy was also back to his high spirits as he complimented the flowers and asked if it would be a good idea to climb one of the apple trees, which proved to be a very bad idea after the two fell before they reached the first branch, and an even worse idea after Madara started a furious and endless speech about how Ren was a disaster at this and had to train as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, Ren had to go through this pain alone, as Fumikage would not listen to them.

The other most exciting thing during the conversation was the shout of a policeman pulling one of the curious civilians away from near the fence, and the reborn child laughing and whispering to his friend how they hadn't noticed him in there yet, which made the child surrender to the dark side of the force after a while, and then the two were laughing like idiots while two Uchihas were right behind, the hopes for better days going up and down like a roller coaster.

Well... probably the possibility of two children teleporting into the place along with two ghosts was very low, so there was no way to blame the cops completely.

But what about the third child who was around here? Did he have some kind of teleportation peculiarity as well? Or did he just jump the fence to steal some apples?

"There's someone following us..." Madara declares, watching the trees on the right with eagle eyes.

"Hm?" Sasuke looked in the same direction, trying to find the stalker.

"But tell me," Ren continued, ignoring the Uchihas as naturally as breathing, and pointing to his new best friend's toy, "Who is this?"

"Uh? That one? You don't know?!" The boy looked for any indication that Ren was just joking, but when he didn't find it, he quickly set about explaining what he considered to be the most basic thing about learning to society, "It's All Might, the Number 1 Hero!"

"Oh, okay," his tone of voice was the same one used to talk about the possible villain, this was a slap in Fumikage's face. "Well, but if you like him, he must be pretty cool."

And just when a thousand words of a fanboy speech were already on the tip of his tongue, a male voice came from the right, on top of one of the trees, which made Madara internally thankful.

Kids are pretty talkative when they want to be, aren't they?

"Hey! What are you two kids doing here?"

They turned back to the man balancing his long, slender body on a tall branch, his skinny legs moving to step forward, and his dark green eyes watched him sharply.

And the first thing Ren said before his friend could even ask, 'Who are you?", or Madara gave any hint, or Sasuke stood up, was:

"Why are you wearing a mask, sir?" This made Madara look up at the skies through the leaves of the treetops and take a deep, deep breath; he didn't want to stress himself out today (even more, if that would be possible).

"Tsk, I'll ask the questions here!" The man hissed back, moving forward on the branch and causing his long, thin tail (if that could be called a 'tail', as it seemed to be connected to the middle of his back, not where a tail should normally be) to detach from the main trunk of the tree, his skin, which appeared to be camouflage, changing color slightly as his body moved, making him look like a chameleon.

"T-that... that... must be a villain!" Announces the bird-head, tightening his grip on Ren's hand more, who just looked at him curiously.

"You shouldn't call other people villains just because they're ugly and wear a mask, Fumikage!" And that makes Sasuke's shoulders shake, but don't get the wrong idea! It was just a wind that came through and left him cold, he's not laughing at that, okay? He's not!

"Are you an idiot? It's because of killing intent, not because of looks." Madara explains, running his hand over his tired face.

"Oy! Stop acting like I'm not here-" and then the man has a moment of realization, 'ugly'?

"I-it's not that! Surely there's something more to it!"

"Oh, well, if you say so, I'll believe you," he turns around and begins to pull his friend, who was still paralyzed in place. "In that case, we'll be going, see you later, Mr. Villain!"

And the villain's head stops, locks in place, and hangs loudly, what's happening? One... two... three...

" HEY! COME BACK HERE!!!"

"Eek!!! Run!"

Ren had to drag his scared friend the first few steps, but as soon as they were getting into a rhythm, the chameleon villain caught them up without any effort.

Having the short legs of a three-year-old was... daunting in this kind of situation.

"Oe! There's no point in you attacking us!" says Ren, as he is carried by the collar of his shirt. "We have no money! Not even a single yen!"

"It's-it's true... w-we don't have anything..."

"Why are you stuttering, Fumikage?" The boy didn't answer, but from the look on his face, the answer was something like: 'How come you're not?!'

"You insulted me." Said the man accusingly, while still walking around tapping his foot heavily on the ground, a child held in each hand like two fleecy kittens.

"I did not insult." He replied at the same instant, and before the villain could open his mouth, he continued: "I just told the truth."

And Madara gave up on giving the instructions to escape and slapped a hand towards Ren, who even though he was used to his ghost friends, blinked when the hand went through his face. Sasuke let out a 'pfff' as his shoulders shook even more, then turned quickly to look at the flowers in the distance, well, at least that's what it looked like, but what was so funny about flowers?

Oh, wait a minute! He's not laughing! Okay? He's not! It's just... his shoulders needed to move, that's all! And the flowers far away were better than watching this scene here, it's no fun at all, right? Are we clear?!

" Oh come on, you cheeky brat... you just don't have any love for your life, do you?"

"No." He answered simply as if that answer was easy to give. "If I had, I wouldn't have tried to kill myself before, but well... there was no way you could have known that, right? So it's all fine. Hey, Mr. Villain! Breathe! Your face is turning purple!"

" Wh-what are you talking about, R-Ren?" Whispered Fumikage during the villain's coughing fit.

"Uh? That? I tried to jump off the top of the church tower once, but it didn't work; so I thought I'd use a gun, but I got stabbed before I could do that and ended up bleeding to de-"

"Enough! Silence!" The man growled, rocking the troublesome child back and forth, almost causing him to knock over his teddy bear. "You two...get out of here! This is my territory, understand? Mine! Don't step here again!"

"But Mr. Villain, it was an accident! I didn't even know we had fallen into someone's house, by the way, your tulip path is very beautiful, do you take care of them daily? Fumikage even shed tears at how beautiful the vis-"

"Go! Go and speak no more, bend your tongue and be mute!" And in the next second, the two went flying over the fence, one of them somersaulting in the air before falling to the sidewalk with a loud 'bam', luckily, neither of them fell on top of the cones, that would be a disaster. "I was going to use them as hostages, so consider that a stroke of luck! Now get lost!"

"Oh? It wasn't very nice to throw Fumikage this way, but... thank you, Mr. Chameleon Villain!"

"Chameleon?"

"Yeah, I think he's a chameleon."

While Sasuke and Ren debated about the man's possible species, the villain turned back to the trees and camouflaged himself, letting out angry mutterings about, "Troubled generation" and "therapy is so missed in these kids," things Madara completely agreed with, because holy Rikudou, he had lived stuck next to this idiot for three years.

He had never felt so worthy to be called the God of the Shinobi World.

"He... he just... released us..."

Murmured the bird boy, still in disbelief at what had just happened. His thoughts were flying wildly inside his skull, and a thousand and one questions were pushing themselves to try to take the spotlight. Was he really a villain? Why had he changed his mind? Why had he choked while Ren was talking? But most importantly (and what won that cerebral push-pull), what was Ren talking about!!!?

He...tried to throw himself off the top of a church? He... was thinking of shooting himself to death? Did he... get stabbed?

These questions spun and spun a dozen times, but when he opened his beak, the only thing that came out was:

"I dropped my toy..."

"Really!?" Ren turned to his friend, oblivious to his complete mental confusion. "Don't worry, I'll get it!"

Fumikage listened but didn't understand what he meant. It was only when the boy fell on top of him had he noticed: Ren had scaled the fence, lifted his first leg to get over to the other side, and was hit by an All Might toy, right in the face.

"Don't come back! You little pest! Are you deaf?!"

And no! Sasuke is not laughing! He's certainly not laughing until he falls backward! That's just a mirage!

• • •

"Well...that was exciting."

"You mean: running from an angry policeman after being thrown off a fence by a villain?" Madara questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes." And even without being sarcastic, Ren could get on anyone's nerves.

"That was... scary..."

"Don't be like that, Fumikage! Let's go! Let's do something! You like heroes, right? You want to play that?"

It's easier to distract a child than an adult, that's for sure. As soon as he heard the proposal of a game, his mind seemed to have awakened from its half-dazed state, and he agreed at the same instant.

Fumikage was surprised when Ren didn't argue about having to be the villain between the two of them, the boy happily accepted, gave an evil laugh (which, in his childish voice, wasn't all that evil), pointed at him and declared war, running off immediately afterward.

And Fumikage had reason to be surprised by this, as it was hard for him to get to be the hero in games, but it's something he certainly wouldn't complain about.

As soon as the prank started, Madara, without any warning, went over to Ren's side and started unleashing instructions, "Jump now," and "defend this," and even "kick, no, not like that! Lift your leg more!"

A pretend fight was still a fight, and what the Uchiha was seeing was an insult! Just as the sight of the first training with Sasuke was, a terrible insult! For someone like him, coming from a world of ninjas, the battle was everything.

With that, that turned out to be Ren's first training, whether intentional or not.

• •

"I won!" the boy celebrated, throwing his hands in the air.

"Uff... next time I'll be better!" Fumikage declared, then looked up at the sky, and his once cheerful and tired face was filled with worry. "It's getting dark already..."

"That's right, so what?"

"I have to go home."

"Oh, that's right! Your mommy must be waiting for you!" And when the word 'mommy' was said, the other child's face surely must have gone pale beneath the black feathers that ruffled.

"M-my goodness, she's going to be mad!"

"She must have thought her son was kidnapped..." Murmured Sasuke, stretching after his brief nap.

"And she would be right." Retorted Madara, wiping the dust (that wasn't there) from his red armor.

"Come, let's ask some hero to take us to your house." With one hand, Ren picked up the bear that had stood near the lamppost, and with the other, he held the hand of his friend, who had already picked up All Might's toy. "Do you know the name of your neighborhood?"

"He doesn't even know his last name! How will he know the neighborhood?" The younger Uchiha asks, already being much more awake.

"I don't know, hm... but it's on the same street as a steakhouse."

"Really? That's lucky! But do you know what the name is?"

"Yes!"

"Then that should be enough."

Chatting and laughing out loud about heroes and villains, the two walked toward the busy streets. Ren still treated All Might like any other person Fumikage talked about, from a hero who graduated last week to a completely random person who saved a small puppy from a trampling.

His friend didn't know what to think about that.

• •

"THAT'S SUPER FAR!!!" The boy yells, nearly knocking over his cell phone with the GPS.

"Are you sure this is your house?" One of the girls in the group of teenagers asks, bending down to stand at a better height for the kids, the smile on her face still half frozen.

"Yes, I do!"

"I-it's not possible..."

"Holy Christ... you could be arrested for that, did you know Ren?"

"But it's not my fault!"

"I know it's not, sweetie..." She reassured, unaware that the boy was defending himself against a terrible accusation from the Uchiha.

"Is it that far?" Fumikage nervously squeezed his toy, becoming increasingly worried about the reactions of the elders in front of him.

"Is... pretty far, actually." Confessed the girl, not knowing whether to be sorry or not when the minor took a deep breath and tightened his grip on the toy.

It turned out that Ren had kidnapped (taken, and with permission) his new best friend to another state. Another. State.

Madara and Sasuke have never been so outraged in their entire life.

The police were eventually called, and now the two of them were at the police station, each with their respective plush toys as they wiggled their feet that couldn't reach the floor because of the height of the chair. One of the policemen was kneeling next to them, looking for the right words to start asking the two children about how they had ended up in another state; behind a desk, a woman was rapidly typing on the computer, looking for the children's guardians.

(Not that it was very difficult in Fumikage's case, the boy's face was literally on flyers glued to lampposts and there was a desperate posting on social media with his picture and a huge "MISSING" with a phone number right below it.

He felt he was in trouble).

"So... how did you guys end up here, in another state?" Even he seemed indignant at such a thing.

Madara just shook his head, his expression clearly showing his thousand and one complaints; he had never felt so bitter about not being able to express himself. Sasuke, still sitting on the floor, was trying to not smile; his mood was improving drastically from the years spent at the older Uchiha's side, even if he was never going to admit it.

"Hm... how should we explain that?" Ren asked himself, resting his cheek on the top of the teddy bear's head.

An adorable move, by the way.

"Were you guys kidnapped? Did someone bring you here without you wanting to?" Madara and Sasuke wanted to answer...

"No!" this time, it was Fumikage who spoke, blinking a few times as he realized he had increased his voice. "B-well... actually we... teleported..."

"Teleportation?"

"It was an accident!" Defended Ren, unaware that he had only signed his certificate of guilt.

"Oh, let me get this straight... your quirk is teleportation, and you accidentally ended up here with your friend?" He elaborated with one hand smoothing his chin, and the child scratched his cheek with the tip of his finger.

"Hm... something like that." He wanted to say 'it's not exactly a quirk', but two murderous ghostly stares forbade him from that.

"I see... teleportation quirks are a rarity!" He exclaimed suddenly. "How old are you, kid?"

"Three...", 'in this body', twice as murderous gazes stopped him from continuing, however.

"Three?! You awakened your quirk a year early?"

"... I think so," 'not a quirk,' Ren could feel that the stares were forming two pairs of holes in his skull.

"Well, it looks like we have a little genius here. But don't use your quirk like that again, it's against the law."

"Against the law? Shouldn't he say something like 'it's dangerous' to a three-year-old?" Sasuke glared at the policeman.

"... Okay."

• • •

Fumikage's mother looked as if she was about to faint, it if her shaky legs could say anything.

She squeezed her little son until she almost choked him, meanwhile Ren, who was right behind her, put his hands together and stared at the ceiling, pretending not to notice the accusing gazes of Madara and Sasuke, who had already spotted a missing person's pamphlet literally falling out of the woman's bag.

Well... sometimes playing the ignorant one can be less of a problem, you know?

"Don't ever do that again, you gave me a scare!"

"Okay, Mom.

"... He's going to do that again, isn't he?" The younger Uchiha questioned, his voice without feeling.

"Absolutely." The older Uchiha replied, with the same tone as a terrorist attack survivor.

Luckily (or because of his friend's insistence, or his cute and childish face, or perhaps the soft heart of the woman before them), Fumikage's mother didn't blame Ren, or give him a telling off, or forbid him to see her son (and the last thing wouldn't make that much difference, Ren would be willing to visit his friend with or without permission, not that he was going to say that now, or at any time), which was an extra point in his poor luck wallet.

This point was removed when he was left at the police station for longer than his friend since they were having trouble finding his guardians.

"Are you sure this is the orphanage?"

"Yes, I am!"

The woman narrowed her eyes at the screen once more, the previous policeman went to her side, resting one of his hands on the edge of the chair and looking at the list of names.

"But there's no missing 'Ren' here!"

"Oh, now that you mention it.... they usually call me by another name."

The two of them almost threw the keyboard up.

A few more long hours of waiting lay ahead, it would be completely boring.

It was a strange few hours, though.

As soon as the news that Ren had a teleportation "quirk" was spread around the police station, his popularity seemed to explode among the adults, who came one after the other and surrounded him, showering him with praise and encouraging words, saying that with this quirk he could be a big hero, and when they learned that he was only three years old, the praise duplicated!

And when Ren said he wasn't interested in becoming a hero, he almost caused a genocide.

These adults are very emotional, aren't they?

It was about three hours of waiting, with Ren being persuaded to change his mind, Sasuke just fell asleep, being woken up with Madara instructing Ren to say he wanted to become a hero, even if it was a lie.

Ren did so, and peace came.

Who also came was the owner of the orphanage, holding his hand hard enough to bruise his fingers.

For every burst of luck in his life, some bad luck would come to run over his foot. Just tragic.

Ren was nearly lifted off the floor by the tug of the angry woman, who was forced out of her bed to travel to another state in search of a troublesome orphan (not that he cared about that, being stabbed and dying from repeated blood loss can make you more resistant to pain, apparently). Had she even visited her own orphanage ever? Her first encounter with that brat was in a police station!

But her grip lessened as soon as she was told about the rare "quirk," she even gave a toothy smile and pet Ren's hair, after all, if you have a good quirk, you can get away from the anger of adults for a while, correct?

Correct!

"Our little Susumo is a genius!"

'I'm not Susumo, I'm Ren,' corrected the boy mentally, something he always did when someone called him by this new name, which he didn't choose.

Just annoying.

Another annoying thing is all this attention directed at the "quirk". When it was Fumikage who said this, Ren was happy, proud even, why? Well, that was simple:

Fumikage's admiration was innocent. He smiled, he complimented, but he didn't keep on it. Fumikage is a good friend.

As for the adults... well, during those three hours did they touch on any other subject than his quirk?

When he returned to the orphanage, he felt exhausted. No doubt he had caused a lot of trouble, but he was not punished, in fact, he received more honeyed compliments and strange looks.

Ren doesn't like this.

So, as soon as they gave him a break, he ran under his blankets and pretended to be asleep. The adults, """responsible"" as they were, didn't bother him anymore and instructed their colleagues not to disturb him, because "the little genius of the house is tired."

He really was, but he didn't know if he liked to hear that coming from these people.

"Come on, what are you going to do now?" Sasuke looks annoyed seeing the boy coming out of his blanket nest after everyone else has gone to sleep.

"I need to do something important." He whispered as low as he could, taking all the care in the world to step onto the bunk stairs without making a sound. Sleeping at the top is not always an advantage...

"Can't you put it off until tomorrow?"

"No."

He steps with his bare foot against the cold floor, walks in silent steps to the door and turns the knob: It is not locked.

The orphanage is incredibly dark at night, the windows are covered by curtains and the moonlight can't help him. But Ren has lived here since he was a baby, his three measly years of life in this body have been in this place. He even stumbled over the ever-turned end of the carpet and easily avoided the creaking step on the stairs to the downstairs, where the living room was, then slid around the nightstand that swayed dangerously whenever someone bumped into it, threatening to knock over the blue flower vase.

"Where are you going?"

"In the playroom..."

And into the playroom Ren goes.

His little hands nimbly groped the low shelves, pulled out an oversized transparent box, and began to search for what he wanted. It was there at the bottom, to his misfortune, but he managed to find it: A tube of glue, scissors, and some papers.

"Madara?"

"Hm?"

"Can you see what color this is?" He lifts the papers to be on display, looking in the direction he thought the man's eyes should be in the middle of the darkness.

"The top one is yellow", Madara bends down, trying to touch the sheet, his face losing the strangely calm look from a second ago as his fingers cross the thing, "the middle one is blue, the last one is red."

"Oh, I see, thank you very much."

"Don't talk so loud!" Sasuke warns.

The papers are separated so they don't get mixed up, and Ren takes the scissors and sets to work.

It's hard to know what he's doing at first, cutting here and there, running his fingers along the form of the paper to make sure he's doing it right, pulling out the box again and looking for something else, then he finds cheap costume jewelry attached to a doll's dress, asks what color it is, and plucks it out bluntly, running glue through his creation and sticking it in the center of the paper.

At some point, he breathes a sigh of relief as his vision has adjusted to the darkness and he can see what he is doing.

Eventually, he finishes it, rising with a victorious leap and showing it to the Uchihas.

It is a red ribbon with little purple stones.

"How is it? Good?"

"Hm, it's okay." Madara comments, looking at the way Ren jumps to the side and almost sticks his hands in Sasuke's face.

"Hey! I can see from that distance! It's... fine, but why did you do that?"

And Ren smiles contentedly. "To gift Fumikage!"

"... And you couldn't do that tomorrow?"

"No, I'd forget about it tomorrow morning." He tells earnestly, holding the ribbon protectively against his chest as if it were the most precious thing in the world while putting the rest away with his free hand in the box. "I said I would give a ribbon as a gift to good people because those people helped me on my first day..." he pushes the box back into place, his small fingers running across the floor, groping to make sure he didn't leave anything his vision couldn't pick up. "The two of them were amazing... oh, I just noticed I don't even know their names."

And Madara smiles. It's a gentle smile, still something very strange to see on the man's face, since most of his smiles are mocking, sarcastic, or mean.

Ren really is a child, isn't he?

"I guess they are heroes," he comments, crossing his arms, his shoulders relaxed, "You could find something about them on that 'internet', couldn't you?"

"Ah! That's a great idea!" Suddenly, the child lights up, as if he has received the answer to all the problems in his life.

"Don't talk so loud." Sasuke reminds again, and Ren covers his mouth with his hand, both little brown eyes widening, the younger Uchiha just shakes his head, sighing heavily. "You really don't know how to be stealthy, do you?"

And Madara's smile widens further. Oh, the two of them really are children, aren't they?

Damn, his heart is getting softer... he's thankful that it's too dark for the two of them to notice, even with their most accustomed eyes.

"Ah, here..." Ren walks on tiptoe to the shelf near the wall, running his fingers over and counting the bulges he feels to get the exact number. "You can see in the dark, right? I can leave this book open, so if you can't sleep, you can enjoy the time with a read."

The two say nothing about this proposal, but Ren can feel a good vibe in the air and is happy to get his choice right. He grabs the book with one hand, leaving it under his arm, while protecting the ribbon and shoots off with light steps back to the room, and Madara almost, almost says that Ren needs stealth training, because his steps may be light, but they still make enough noise to wake someone up, but he decides to leave that for tomorrow.

Ren opens the door and closes it with all the care in the world, but it still makes some noise, a child moves his feet under his blankets, but doesn't wake up. The boy sneaks over to the window and, in a bold move, pulls back the curtain a little, letting some of the soft white moonlight in, then he opens the book, looks for the page that looks most interesting, and leaves it there for the two of them to read whenever they want, going to his bunk and up the stairs to his bed, curling up in his comfy little nest once more.

His feet are freezing, it's proof that it wasn't a dream, but that he actually managed to do his high-risk mission and did well with it. Well... not excellent, but that was a conversation for another day.

"Thanks for the help." He whispers, so low it's barely audible, but it's to avoid waking the other children, so the Uchihas accept that. "Good night."

"Good night." Sasuke replies without thinking, something he does more and more often when he's stuck in this place, but the boy doesn't look embarrassed like he did the first time he replied when Ren was just a one-year-old baby who still saw him as just an ordinary, nameless shadow. He squints and turns to the older Uchiha. "Are you going to read this now?"

"I guess so, I'm not sleepy." Actually, he was drowsy, but he was also curious about the book that Ren had brought as thanks for the help with the colors downstairs, in fact... he was touched, but he wasn't going to admit that. "If you're still sleepy, just sleep."

"I'll do that." And Sasuke lay down, his hands together on his stomach as his face turned to the window, to the only source of light in that dark room; through the small gap, he could see that the sky was starry today. If he wanted, he could just walk through the wall and watch the infinite blue, he could wonder what the name of those old and new constellations was, just as he had done several times in silence before, but... he could do that another day. "Good night."

He mumbles, then closes his eyes, not expecting Madara to respond.

And indeed, Madara did not answer. Only when the younger's breathing was steady and calm did he shake his head and smile, thinking how glad Izuna would be to be here.

He goes to the open book, now, what do we have here ...

...

... That is....

The story... of a kangaroo... a dancing kangaroo... who wears a ballet tutu....

"......."

As night covers those who fall asleep, Madara is left alone, suffering from a stroke from the sudden wave of stress.

'It's ok, he's just a kid.' But that thought only comes after his near-death.

'Izuna... you would do much better here.'

Morning comes. The sun's rays seem incredibly enthusiastic today, coming in through the gap in the window that was left the previous night and making the glow run through the darkroom. Most of the children are already up and running downstairs, going to have their breakfasts and play, they were a little jealous of the boy who was allowed to stay in bed later, but remained silent as they tried to eat all the goodies on the table so that there wouldn't be any left for him.

A strange, but cruel revenge at their ages, one might say.

As soon as Ren woke up, the first thing he did was stare at the small ribbon that was near his face.

The second thing he did was sit up in a leap, taking the small ribbon and inspecting it carefully, when he made sure there was nothing creased in it, he smiled happily and walked out of his little nest, down the stairs.

"Good morning!"

"Hm." Madara's voice came from the side, he sounded calmer after hours of meditation.

"I can't wait to find Fumikage and give him my gift, ah, I also can't wait to research about those heroes and-," he stops suddenly.

Ren looks around, rubs his eyes, goes to the window, opens it fully, puts his head out and looks both ways, comes back inside, bends down, looks under the bed, then stands up, stands still for a few more seconds and...

"WHERE IS SASUKE!?"

That's the third thing Ren did that morning.
