Danendra and Alina have been in a relationship since high school. 

But they separated because Danendra had to complete his education.

Alina witnessed the return of Danendra's body which was neatly wrapped in the coffin.

Meanwhile, not one day after Danendra's departure, Alina's parents set her up with Rei, who is none other than Alina's best friend as well as her boss where Alina works. 

Since then Alina has never wanted to communicate with anyone, including her parents, it's been one year since Danendra's departure, during that time Alina stayed in the room.

Danendra is the first and last person Alina loves until now.

Rei's cell phone rang, then he saw a call from Mrs. Maya. Rei then picked up the call, "Hello Aunt!". Rei replied after pressing the green button on his phone.


"Rei, can you come to Auntie's house immediately? There is something important I want to tell you." Said Mrs. Maya.


"Okay Auntie! I'll be right there now". Rei said.


Mrs. Maya was so happy, and it made him curious and he then hung up the phone, then all the documents he gathered into one, she then got up from his seat and took the car keys and walked out.


Sera saw her boss was in a hurry, then she tried to stop him, "Sir, wait". Sera shouted, she chased him from behind but it was too late.


Rei had already left the office, "Huh, she's so tired, even though she's only run a few meters! "Oh yeah, I forgot today Mr. Rei is going to have a meeting with another company, how about this". Sera said while hitting her forehead. 


The call rang, and Sera picked up the call from the company that was going to have a collaboration, "Hello Miss! Will today's meeting be held? Why hasn't there been a notification, I've been waiting for a call from you?" Mrs. Belinda asked.


"Sorry, it seems today's meeting has been postponed because Mr. Marvin has other things to do! I'll tell you the good news later." Sera answered


Sera took a deep breath, she felt bad for Mrs. Belinda because this is the fifth time the meeting has been cancelled.


Sera then sat in her chair, she laid her body on top of his desk. She looks very tired because she hasn't had a rest since earlier.


Meanwhile Rei quickly arrived at Alina's house, and he immediately got out of his car and stepped inside. Suddenly his heart beat fast, he was so curious about the news that Mrs. Maya would deliver.


Right in front of Alina's door, Mrs. Maya and her husband came out to welcome Rei. 


"You have come! Let's go inside." Alina's parents were very happy to welcome Rei's arrival.


Rei was immediately invited to sit like a king, and Rei then looked at Alina's parents' faces.


"Rei, you sit down for a moment! Oh yeah, what do you want to drink?". Mrs. Maya asked.


"Don't bother Auntie! I happened to have drunk a lot earlier at the office." Rei replied.


"Okay then! You wait a minute! Auntie will be back soon". Said Mrs. Maya then she left Rei with her husband in the living room.


Mrs. Maya happily entered Alina's room, then she knocked on the door of her daughter's room, "Alina, this is mother!" Said Mrs. Maya. .


"Come on, Mom! The door is not locked". Alina said.


"Oh okay". Then Mrs. Maya entered her daughter's room, she saw her daughter was combing her hair in front of the mirror. Mrs. Maya smiled and held her daughter's shoulder, "You look very beautiful in this dress" Mrs. Maya said with a smile looking in the mirror.


Alina looked at her mother's face, she held her mother's hand gently, "Thank you Mom, and I'm sorry because all this time Alina has made mom and father worry." Alina explained.


"It's okay. Yes, dear! Oh yeah, have you finished combing your hair?" Mrs. Maya asked.


"Then let's go out with mother, I will give you a surprise". Mrs. Maya whispered in her daughter's ear.


Alina dumbfounded, "Surprise? Isn't my birthday only a month away?" Alina asked curiously.
