Danendra and Alina have been in a relationship since high school. 

But they separated because Danendra had to complete his education.

It turns out that even though Rei has the same thoughts as Alina, Rei's mentality is not like other men. Rei was more concerned with the impact than his own pleasure. If Rei didn't respect Alina, he could just enter regardless of Alina's response. Even if it's a negative response.
