Forgotten

The week went by so fast and before I knew it, it was already Thursday. I got home before Victoria and Veronica, as soon as I got home I noticed someone was home. Probably Victoria's mom is back that was my thought until I got inside and met Veronica's dad sitting in the sitting room watching TV. 


I couldn't go back because it will be awkward so I just went inside the sitting room and greeted him. 


" Oh... You are back, how are you and how was school today? " he asked like everything was okay. Well, I guess everything is okay maybe I was just overreacting. 


" Yes, i'm back. I'm fine and School was also fine " I answered his questions. 


" I will love to have a word or two with you but I think it's best if you change into a more comfortable clothes and get something to eat" he told me which I nodded to. Just as I was about leaving the sitting room to my room I heard his voice again
