*Long Time No See, Brother

Slayer's eyes darkened and his aura became that which would make anyone fear for their life. He now looked like he could kill, and this confused and concerned Malice even more. For he had thought it odd that he knew nothing about the creature that brought the Message to the Palace this afternoon; but his intuition seemed to have been right by thinking something was off.

"So whoever this Vishious person is? I can see we should be ready for a enemy, when he arrives, Sir?" Malice asked, ready to go to battle with Slayer if needed, for how he saw it whoever was Slayer's enemy was in fact his as well.

"He is my older brother." Slayer informed Malice coldly. To say Malice was in shock would be a under statement; he never knew that Slayer even had any family.

Slayer could see this caught him completely off guard. There was only a couple people who did know who his siblings were. And it was only Beast, who knew in his kingdom and who has actually met the three.

"So, Your Majesty, has a brother? But from your reaction about him coming for a visit, I can tell that you must not be close?". Malice asked.

"Well it's much more complicated." Slayer figured he should mention he had other siblings as well, before he went on to explain. "I in fact have two older brothers and a little sister." Slayer said, and this really surprised Malice. He just stood there for a minute before leaning back against the desk to sit on the edge of it. Staring at Slayer as if dumbfounded by this new information.

Slayer let out a long sigh, shaking his head a little as he moved to lean against one of pillers that was a little in front of Malice. Slayer knew that this discussion was going to take a little bit of time.

"No, My brothers and I aren't close. To be quite honest with you, I don't really know them. Never did." Slayer said. Before going on to say, " My sister is the only one I got close to."

" And Why hasn't your sister come to visit you?." Malice wondered. 'And if they were close than why hasn't Slayer ever mentioned her before'? It didn't make any sense to him." What was that thing that brought the message?. I've never seen or have no knowledge of it." Malice questioned.

"Like I said it's a bit complicated, but I'll try." Slayer wasn't sure himself where he should start with everything. "Ok, well I'll start with the fact that my two older brothers Wycked and Vishious are from the other Realm."

"The Realm of the dead." They said simultaneously.

"The Night Creatures, in fact are part of that Realm, and I know you haven't seen any, but you have heard about them." Slayer continued to say.

" Yes I've heard of them, they're the ones who reek havoc and go around killing anything that they may come in contact with." Malice answered.

"Yes, that's them." Slayer confirmed.

After a few moments of nobody talking, Slayer figured he'd fill Malice in on how he came to be with Slayer and then see if that would finally be the thing to make Malice want to leave. And making him think differently about serving him.

So Slayer started telling Malice, of that day 18 years ago when he was walking to the Kamaira village and ran into Beast. Of how Beast had killed the Night Creature; that was come to find out his father and how his mother had died after his father was killed.

Malice listened to every word that Slayer spoke without interrupting him once with any questions he may have had. When Slayer was finished informing Malice of who his parents were and what he was, silence filled the room and Slayer knew that Malice would need to let everything that he just learned of sink in; so he was about to turn and walk out of the room to give Malice some space.

" What exactly do Night Creatures look like? I couldn't really make it out when the creature brought the letter. Do all Night Creatures look the same?" Malice couldn't help but ask about this little detail.

"That is something that I don't know much about, but what I've come to know is that they all seem to take on different appearances at Night and are also divided into two groups. The Stronger Night Creatures are The Shadowers, and have the ability to turn into a form that is human looking." Slayer answered. " The creature who delivered the letter was undoubtedly a weaker night Creature, who are The Shriekers.

"Sir, there's something that I still don't understand about all this, if Vishious were coming because of the Night Creature that was killed in our lands and was in fact mad or thought to even the score, why is he coming here after so many years after the Night Creature was killed? Why wait so long?" Malice found this late of an arrival a bit ridiculous and pointless after all so many years had went by since it died.

Slayer couldn't help but smile a little at this question. Not because he thought it was a question he found to be Unimportant or a silly question to answer but because someone else if they were to be in Malice's position would probably care more about asking questions about their parents or need time to absorb all this because it'd be too much to take in all at once. And they would have missed this little detail of the late arrival.

"Because how time is for the world above ground and the time for those who dwell below it are in fact different. You see in our time, yes it's been 18 years now but to the Night Creatures it has only been a couple days, especially if they have not come up to the surface." Which Vishious hardly did finding it unnecessary and something he found to be of great annoyance.

Slayer had been in fact wondering for awhile now when the Message of Vishious making a visit would finally come.

"You see if the Night Creatures stay underground in the Demon City Sprague, then time becomes non-existent in a since; but if they are part of the demons who like to come out every night to feed or cause mischief, then time to them; while still way different than ours; makes them more conscious of our time above the ground. But still to them it would only be like a hour or two before the next night." Slayer was trying to explain without making it confusing to Malice, but it was in fact something that was hard to understand and explain anyway.

"I see." Was the only thing Malice had to say to everything Slayer had just told him. Slayer turned around and walked out of the room without another word. He knew he had went around the questions concerning his sister, but Malice had enough to think about and he had to wrap his own head around his brothers arrival that would undoubtedly be soon and wasn't sure how this upcoming visit was going to go between them. He also wasn't sure the intensions Vishious held for his visit to Damns Hollow.

Also, he wasn't sure if Vishious knew of Malice. 'Would Vishious demand to take Malice back with him?' Slayer was a little troubled by thinking of Malice leaving if Vishious gave him the option to go. He wouldn't force Malice to stay and would allow him to go if that's what he so chose.

Vishious and Wycked were both unpredictable and you never could guess at how they'd come at you. They didn't care much for anything that belonged to the other Realm, only caring if they could use it and could benefit them. They weren't exactly the Brothers who you'd welcome with open arms and Vishious wasn't discreet when it came to his dislike he had for the younger siblings.

He walked the corridors before reaching the stairs leading up to his room that seemed to be abandoned except for the occasional maid he would passed that were cleaning along the way. Slayer Reached his room and was about to enter when he felt a different aura inside, and he instantly knew who it belonged to.

Slayer gritted his teeth in the annoyance of having someone dare enter into his bedroom uninvited and unwanted. He turned the handle opening the door for him to enter and as soon as he entered his room which had no lights on inside, he slammed the door instantly behind him when he entered and every torch lit, lighting up the entire room.

"Long time no see, Brother."
