*Finding Answers Part 2:

"You seem distracted?" Beast asked as he threw Malice down again, as they sparred. " Either that or your wanting to just get beat up without much of a fight for some reason?"

Malice chuckled a little as he rolled over onto his side before he got up. "I suppose my head is somewhere else today." Just then sensing a different aura suddenly appear from somewhere close, and he knew it was the same aura that belonged to the person who showed up last night, and was staying at the Palace with Vishious.

"Well want to try one more round?" Beast asked Malice in a kind of sympathetic teasing tone.

"I'll have to pass I wouldn't want you to over exert yourself." Malice teased back.

"Don't worry about that Kid I could never over exert myself when you're fighting the way you are today." Beast chuckled as he spoke.

"Well as always thanks for the training and next time I won't go easy on you" Malice said as he shook Beast's hand before turning to leave.

Beast new just how strong and fast Malice was and the fact that he kept getting beat so quickly and easily he knew something was going on with him. Figuring it'd be best not to pry and let Malice talk about it if he chose to.

But, Beast thought he sensed a different aura a minute ago but it disappeared too quickly to figure out what kind of aura it was. He shook his head and would just have to be on guard and see if it shows up again.

Figuring he'd make an appearance at the Palace hearing from Malice that Vishious had arrived last night, and knowing Vishious may have some questions for him. He stretched out his massive wings before shooting himself straight up in the sky before leveling himself out and start flying towards the Palace.

Malice watched Beast fly off towards the Palace and figured he better head back as well, but he decided to walk back and take the trail that went through the forest. He wanted to see if he was being followed and if he was, he was going to find out what the reason was.

He had been walking on the path for awhile now and decided he had entertained the one who was following him long enough, and so he hid behind a tree and waited to catch the person off guard as soon as they got close enough or walked a little ahead of where he was.

He didn't have to wait long because just as he thought; the one following him did come out from hiding, not knowing the dense forest well enough and where or how they lost sight of him.

Malice watched as the person walked closer to where he stood behind the tree waiting and saw how the hooded person kept moving very slowly ahead, cautiously moving forward trying to find him and keep track of the path that was covered by the fog.

Malice held his breathe to not make any kind of noise, when the hooded person was just on the other side of the tree he was behind. When the person didn't notice his presence and passed him by, he waited a few seconds before he got right behind them. Not wanting to be known and catch the person who he was now behind off guard, he quickly grabbed the person in almost a bear hug hold. The robed person struggled to break free and was even trying to kick Malice hoping he'd lose his balance and let go.

Malice was quite surprised at how small the person was and how slender, his thoughts were interrupted when he suddenly got head-butted hard making him stumble a couple steps back and loosening his hold a little. It was enough for the robed figure to be able to turn and kick Malice hard right in the stomach, breaking free from his hold and take off running.

Malice was right behind the fleeing figure and it didn't take long for Malice to catch up and grab the person throwing the person down backwards and as much as they struggled to fight Malice off, it couldn't get him off. Malice was finally able to pin the robed figure's arms down. He was staring down at who was trapped beneath him and still struggling to fight him off and get away, but Malice knew it was futile to keep trying.

He grabbed the hood of the person that was still hiding it's face. "Did you think that I couldn't sense you following me?" Malice's voice was threatening and he didn't wait for a response before he pulled the hood down to reveal what Vishious' company looked like.

*********************

Mean while up at the Palace in Slayer's study,he went over everything that led up to the Death of Vishious' General on that day eighteen years ago now. Including the Generals involvement with one of the Kamairas.

Vishious listened and he could tell right away that Slayer wasn't telling him everything but just allowed him to finish before he would call him out on hiding something.

Vishious had a suspension that what was being left out had something to do with the white Kamaira. And by Slayer telling him of the Night Creature and the Kamaira involvement with each other, he was coming to the conclusion that it was very likely that Malice was that baby; who was supposedly dead. Only that would make sense of how the white Kamaira smelled of both species. Also, Vishious knew that Slayer didn't know he could smell the scent of the Kamaira. When Slayer finally finished telling Vishious of everything that he knew had happened that day, There was a long silence that filled the room as the two brothers sat their looking at one another, not showing any kind of emotion on their faces for the other to read what the other was thinking.

Slayer knew that Vishious would suspect him of hiding something. For as much as he didn't care for his older brother, he knew that he was far from stupid.

Just then there was a knock on the door before a maid stuck her head in, "Y-you have a visitor, that is wanting to speak with you, but I informed him that His Majesty is in a meeting with L- Lord V-vishious; should I have him wait for you in the corridor, Y-Your Majesty? The nervous maid asked, keeping her head bowed.

"Well who is the visitor?, don't you think letting me know who has requested to speak with me should be the first thing you should tell me?" Slayer asked the maid a little annoyed that she had forgotten to tell him that part.

"s-s-sorry Y-Your Majesty, it's Commander Beast." The maid answered still keeping her head lowered as she spoke.

"No, allow him in to join the meeting." Slayer ordered and the maid hurried out, shutting the door behind her.

A moment later there was another knock on the door. "Enter!" Slayer answered loudly. Beast walked in and stopped when he got closer to where the two brothers sat, he bowed his head and formally greeted both Lords. "Beast, of the Kamaira Howler's Clan, greet and thank you both for allowing me to join you." Slayer gave him a short nod, letting him know he could take a seat.

"Well well your ears must've been ringing, we were just talking about you Commander." Vishious said with a light smile on his face as he said this. "It's been quite awhile since we last met."

"Yes it has Lord Vishious." Answered Beast, bowing his head a little as he said this.

It had been about three decades for this Realm, since they last met.

In The other Realm where Vishious Ruled it had been only a year or two.

Beast had accompanied Slayer, when Slayer showed up demanding answers about their other brother Wycked.

For Wycked had gone on a killing spree and completely took out an entire kingdom in just one night, leaving no survivors. Even the animals weren't spared that night.

Vishious had found the newly ranked Commander honorable for how he never coward or showed any uneasiness while in the Demon City Sprague.

He couldn't help but wonder if he would, in fact, be killing Beast this day though.

"It seems like you are aware of why I'm here?" Vishious asked. Breaking the silence that had filled the room. Vishious didn't want to give Slayer any chance of sending any kind of message to Beast to not say certain things. He knew Beast would instead keep his attention strictly to the one who was talking to him. Another trait that Vishious liked about this Kamaira.

"Yes, Lord Vishious, I am aware of what had brought you here." Beast answered dutifully.

"So I will ask you to tell me about what transpired that day and why?" Vishious asked Beast, Noticing how Slayer became a little agitated by this.

"I've already told you what happened Vishious, why do you need to hear it again?"

" I do not mind telling him what transpired that day and why I did what I did, Your Majesty." Beast said. Unaware that Slayer had left some crucial information out when he told Vishious about that day.

"You cease to impress me, Beast. You're commendable I'll give you that." Vishious said. This compliment shocked the other two to hear. Slayer had never thought Vishious would ever compliment anyone and honestly didn't think he had it in him to do such a thing.

"Thank you, Lord Vishious." Beast answered bowing his head again at Vishious.

"So like you said you don't mind telling me what happened again but this time from you directly." Vishious kept making sure to not give Slayer a chance to stop Beast from telling him.

'What exactly are you hiding that's got you agitated by Beast talking?' Vishious thought.

Meanwhile, Slayer wasn't sure if Beast knew not to speak of Malice or not. 'Damn it, I should've been more on top of this shit.' Slayer cursed himself. He knew it wasn't Beast's fault for wanting to clear his involvement with what happened to Vishious and explaining doing what he did was out of instinct and how he thought of it being thought of as a "Just" decision why he had killed the Night Creature all those years ago.
