Enticing

After a few days of travel, they finally can see the Alpha Max sign. Zero put on the cloak and stoop down "Ellia come, get on my back." Ellia crawl to Zero's back "hold on tight, and don't make a noise" Ellia slowly responds "ok..." Zero then covers Ellia with his cloak and walks into the Alpha Max. Zero walking on the street carefully, and try not to get too much attention. One of the Merchant "Hey you the new guys" as Zero turn around slowly and carefully. The merchant walk up to Zero "man, you can survive the eleventh dead zone in one piece" and bump into Zero that almost make Ellia fall, but Zero immediately puts his arm on the back to support Ellia from falling "yeah that was one of the craziest jobs". The merchant looks at his arm in the back and asks "what you got back there?" Zero slowly raise his both hand "nothing.." Zero put on a smile "you see, that I still need to report to max about the job so see you later" and quickly walk away, the merchant look at Zero walk away "OK, then". Zero arrives at the front of the workshop, old man Ron notice and approaches Zero.

Old man Ron "wow you came back in one piece"

Zero "what do you mean by coming back in a piece, the job is easy no big deal."

Old man Ron Laugh "so why you come here, you know that you need to report to Max and not me right"

Zero "yeah I know, I just want you to take care of something before I go to see Max"

Old man Ron is confused and asks "what?"

Zero "you see that I got some souvenir" opens his cloak and Ellia hops down from Zero's back.

Old man Ron shock "WHAT A HUMAN!!!" Zero immediately cover his mouth "shhh, quite a bit" and Old man Ron nod. Old man Ron went outside to see the situation and no one seems to notice, he immediately closes the workshop. Old man Ron looks at Ellia that hides behind Zero and asks "so... is she real?", Zero "pretty much alive, so can you look after her for a while?". Ellia holds on to Zero cloaks "please don't leave me" Zero looks at her smile back and pat her head "don't worry he is not a bad robot, I promise I will come back" Ellia look at Old man Ron, and he smiled at her nervously and Ellia nod. Zero went outside, Old man Ron "I still need a lot of explanation, when you get back" Zero chuckles "I will tell you everything I know once I'm back." Zero then heads to Max's office, and a few minutes later the elevator door open.

Max "well, well look who's back, so how is the job?"

Zero "pretty much success"

Max "so what's the cause of the disturbance?"

Zero take out a device and show a picture of the Big creepers in a hologram "this is the cause"

Max smiled "amazing, any idea what creatures is that"

Zero "no idea, it seems like a big creeper for me"

Max "so the appearance still unknown to us" and look at Zero.

Zero in serious face "that is not our deal, I came here to collect the paycheck"

Max laughs "ahaha easy, of course, I will pay you. I'm a man of the word here's your pay" a drone carries an ID card, and some money fly towards Zero.

Zero take the ID and money "so you want me to continue to investigate"

Max "I want you to find the core, where and how they were forms"

Zero "so you believe that these things were created by someone."

Max smile "you are very precise, so that's what I really want to find the core."

Zero "why? I think even a hundred of this thing, still cannot bring down the Alpha Max."

Max "is not about bringing down or not, I believe these things might lead to another bigger problem"

Zero "OK I will take the job, but I won't investigate immediately. I still need to resupply my weapons and I want a team."

Max "a team?"

Zero "yeah, I can take one down on my own. But if you believe there is someone behind this, then I want a team."

Max "good point, you can take anyone you like at Alpha Max as your team. How about that?"

Zero "OK that conclude our deals."

Zero turns his back and walks away and Max calls upon him "Zero waits", Zero stops and looks back "yeah?" Max continues to ask "one last thing before you go, is there anything else you want to report to me?" Zero looks into Max's eye and answer "No." and walk into the elevator. right before the elevator close the door, Zero looks at Max and he smiles at Zero. After Zero leave, Max stands on the window as he watches Zero walk away. He then calls in one of his security Ether "yes master." Max orders his security Ether "tell our precious client that we found the girl." the security Ether reply "yes master". On Max thought (Zero things will be much easier if you had just told the truth). Zero then arrive at the workshop and open the door, he sees that Old man Ron and Ellia are playing together happily "whoa you two are getting along pretty well huh", Old man Ron "owh you're back, I didn't notice you at all" Ellia run toward Zero and grabs his hand "come Zero lets play together" then the three of them enjoy the day. Meanwhile, on the Etherium, Chief Lock walking down a hallway and take an Elevator down to below the city of Etherium. He walks up to a figure that's sitting on a throne, the figure on the throne "did you find it?". Chief Lock kneels down "Yes, Master First. we found the girl." Master First "Good" and Chief Lock asks "so, I will gather unit and.." Master First cut in "No, it's not the time yet" Chief Lock confused "but..." Master First "no need to such hurry, the girl won't go anywhere and command the eye to look after the girl first." Chief Lock stand up "Yes Master" and walk away.
