Bullying a rabbit?
After completing the procedure, Sam quietly entered the jungle...
What he didn't know was that his entire movement was being followed...
As soon as he left in the jungle, a short height scar-faced man wearing a military staff uniform stealthily moved to a corner and dialled a number...
*Ring*ring*
*Ring*ring—
" Yes? " asked a rough voice...
"Boss, the target has left for Alaska Jungle outskirts." replied the scar-faced man.
"Oh?? Keep following him... We will contact you soon."
*BEEP*
.....
Meanwhile, in a place, Sam stood holding the map he bought from Magic Hall.
Alaska Jungle wasn't a Jungle before. At most, it could be said large stretches of unused farmlands full of weeds and useless tall grasses and trees. After Apocalypse, these so-called "useless" grass mutated and became "bloodsucking" grass.
It was not aggressive, just they were just silent hunters. If you wish to play with it, they would play with you by turning you into a mummy.
Later this place became a natural habitat of mainly Alaskan beast and other beasts, thus the name.
Alaskan beasts were green in colour, excellently camouflaging with the terrain. They also had yellowish eyes and large fangs like sabre-toothed cats and tails with stinger containing paralyzing venom. Sometimes these paralyzing venom of higher beasts could even freeze the nervous system and kill the victim. They almost looked like previous tigers on earth if not for their distinct features. Moreover, they are very territorial and always loved to fight within their tribe. Thus they were very aggressive.
God knows how these beasts came into being...
The outer area of Alaskan Jungle was almost a 15 Kms stretch...Usually, monsters below level 3 were seen in this area..and today Sam was going to hunt his prey in the outskirts of the outer area...
"Hmm let's see, what beasts are marked here in the map! " mumbled Sam as he checked the map...
Even though he knew more or less about the topography from the system guidebook, still it was not bad to double-check it again...
"Flaming sparrow, Blood eyed rabbit, Silver eyed wolf, Alaskan beasts, green-eyed chameleon... "
Sam knew more or less about the weakness and behaviours of the beasts. He stealthily moved towards the blood eyed rabbits habitat...
"Let's bully rabbits.." ..he thought...
As he gazed past the terrain, he saw different colours of rabbits, white, black, grey, brown grazing and munching blood-sucking grass. Their teeth were so sharp that those bloodsuckers were helpless against them. These rabbits were its natural enemy.
Sam moved 100 more metres to find a scarce population of low-level rabbits.
He saw a lone grey rabbit along with two baby rabbits sitting and munching on grass while the mother was licking them.
"Should I kill them? " thought Sam as he hesitated...
But while Sam was hesitating, the female rabbit noticed the malicious intention coming from Sam and glared at him threateningly while making low growls. The babies then also noticed Sam and made threatening growls.
Don't look down on these monsters. Every one of them was a human killer. These 3-4 months old babies could kill a normal non-ability person like tearing up a rag doll. Monsters never deserved pity or sympathy.
Once a girl showed pity to a baby monkey which was critically injured but in return one day the girl found his family members dead after returning home and that healed monkey stood on their bodies and tearing their flesh and eating heartily. The girl regretted it as she cried and killed it with her own hands...
..
Growling in a threatening way, the female rabbit which was as big as an adult pug, rushed towards Sam in a blink of an eye...
Sam immediately reacted, positioning his fists as the white beam of light neared him. He punched out at the rabbit's head while the rabbit punched at his abdomen.
Sam swiftly dodged to the side.. As both of them missed each other, they glared at each other and clashed again. The rabbit used its four limbs to kick to punch Sam while Sam could only use his both fists.
Each punch of the rabbit was at least 10 times more powerful than a punch of an aggressive adult kangaroo.
Sam's hand bled profusely from the punch as he couldn't even land a single punch on the rabbit...
"This can't go on.. I need to use my dagger to create an opening "..thought Sam as he held his bleeding left arm...
Sam took out his dagger and held it in his left hand and dashed forward.
"Just one slash to create a diversion.. " he thought...
A rabbit had weakness in its head and abdomen. Since he couldn't punch its head, he aimed for its abdomen.
The rabbit was furious seeing the weakling dancing in front of it. It felt humiliated and dashed towards Sam at aimed a punch right towards his skull.
"A chance" ..thought Sam.
When the punch was 1inch from his skull, he ducked by bending his knees and simultaneously slashing the dagger at its abdomen...
Blood spewed from the deep wound and the rabbit made chi chi~ sound and tried to get up from the ground as it glared at Sam with bloodshot eyes.. The two baby bunnies attacked Sam meanwhile and tried to bit his legs with their sharp teeth. Sam directly kicked and slashed another one and killed them.
The female bunny made a last struggle as it got up and rushed towards Sam to bit him with its mouth wide open.
Clearly, its speed was quite slower than before, Sam easily dodged and hit a punch at its skull. The rabbit lay on the ground, whimpering and still making low threatening growls...
Without delaying any time, Sam swiftly punched it a few times, killing it.
Phew ~
Sam sighed a breath of relief. Almost the same time the rabbit died, warm energy enveloped Sam...
