Chapter 2

Inside the abandoned warehouse I was teaching Sasha how to access her status screen and pondering why my status screen has my race and bloodline unknown but I woke up from that thought by Sasha telling me that she can access status. I asked her what her race and she told me hybrid and that she is half-human/Elf as I was thinking about Sasha's race she said ' Why don't we go outside and find some food ' I replied we are going to but we have to get some rest now' after saying I went and found the warmest area there and lay down as I close my eyes and great the darkness thinking how to survive.

The next day came and as I became aware of my surroundings I soon realized this was not a dream I decided to take a walk around and found an animal I thought about using the Inspect skill and it worked and the creature was called a mutated rabbit as soon as the mutant rabbit saw me it went rabid and tried to kill me as I was not expecting that I instinctively used the elemental control skill and sent out a blast of lightning toward the mutant rabbit almost killing it in one blow. The sound of lightning was so loud that it woke up Sasha and me in a way as this gave me a lesson that would stay with me for my whole life which would be that humans are at the bottom of the food chain now and that everything on earth is evolving and that you have to get stronger or get annihilated by the tyrants at the top.

As I was about to leave I noticed that my status screen had 5 points in it and I decided to do what only any gamer would do is put them on Vitality and Agility as my other stats where pretty good compared to these ones

I put three points into Str and two into Dex leaving both at 18 and just as I was about to return back to the warehouse I saw a chest spawn just where the mutant rabbit was killed and an option to open it was hovering above my head I decided to open and inside it I found a sword called Bane that increased my strength 5 and was also upgradeable and boots that doubled my Dex when I finished putting on equipment I went back in the warehouse and decided to check on Sasha and see if she is awake so that we can go out to explore what has happened to civilisation during this time we were away. It seems like Sasha was awake as she as she was coming up to me now she asked 'are we going out to get food now now because I need something to eat and drink and if we are make this our base then we are going to need to get some supplies for it' I responded 'that we are going now' so me and Sasha decided leave the base as we were sneaking around the houses I remembered that there was a Supermarket nearby that probably has survivors in and also all the supply's we need.

When we arrived at the supermarket we saw that the front had atleast twenty zombies in it and had a mutant cat fighting them.

Micheal:Why don't we go around the back and see if an employee left the backdoor open

Sasha:OK we can but don't get disappointed when there isn't a way in

As we reached the back door I noticed it was open and just as I was about to open my mouth to gloat I saw a zombie and I immediately used my teakwondo skill and hit the zombies head full force and when I turned around to look at Sasha I saw two zombie bodies.

Sasha:what they were in my way

Note to self never piss Sasha off as you don't know what might happen, after that whole fiaso was over and done with we decided to search inside

Micheal:make sure to be silent we don't now what creature's might be inside hear and how the survivors in hear might be changed as this apocalypse can release the darkside of many humans

Sasha:ok got it now what are we getting

Micheal:we are only getting food,water an sleeping bags and if you see something useful get it
