Danica said, still staring at him, "Thank you, I absolutely loved this present."

"I have more surprises in store for you," he continues, "but I'll show them to you once you've recovered."

Danica's face gets deflated upon hearing the last words 'once you've recovered'.

"I want to see them," she adds, a little childishly.

"I'll show them, but first get well," Alfred says as he stands up.

"Aish!!" Danica muttered irritably to herself.

He tells her to lay down on bed and take some rest. Danica had no choice but to follow what he said. She was liking the way he was taking care of her, as if she was his baby. However, she was feeling bad for not being able to see the gifts.

Alfred pats her head and puts her to sleep.
