Infiltration [Part 2]

The Earth began to tremble as the group of seven people prepare for the upcoming battle that was approaching them as the giant Oddity was following the Commander, as Ironstone took the initiative and said.

"That a Cyclops, but why is it so big but even so we cant falter we have to help the commander as much as much as we can?"

The other men look towards the Litanuent in shock and fear that a mere group of Beta ranks soldiers has to face off a Gama Rank Oddity.

"It's practically suicided if you ask me but we have our skills, weapon, and explosive, and let's not forget the commander is peak Gama rank soldier as well."

Said Platherus who was a dark-skinned middle-aged man with dreadlocks coming out of his helmet as he was fully armored, as well, as he unsheathes his claymore sword as the other follows the same pattern as well.

"Ironstone what should we do I highly doubt our explosive will do any kind of damage to the Cyclops after all their skin is a thick and solid as iron."

Mia said as she stayed way at the back of the battlefield readying her magic sniper since she specializes in long-range attacks.

Meanwhile, ironstone stayed at the front to tank incoming attacks while both Platerius and Fergoson also stayed at the front as they act as the vanguard.

And the person behind Ironstone was a young man as he pulled out a magic staff with a blue orb on a well-made piece of carved wood that had some mysterious ruins carved on it as well.

This person was Vajron as he was the person staying at the center and the person that should be guarded the most as he was a medic of the group thankfully he has a powerful healing type skill called [self-sacrifices] along with three other magic relating to healing he has developed over the years of being a knight.

While to the sides, on both left and right two people were acting as the rearguard, of course, these two gentlemen were Heartman and Smithvenjur these two people were fully clad in the advanced medieval-like armor the only difference is that Heartman uses a great hammer and a broadsword that had a weird orange crystal in it as his main weapon while Smithvenjur was a little unique for say.

As he was clad in full-body armor but the only difference was he had no weapon whatsoever instead he had a gauntlet on his hand as it instantly caught on fire as he took a weird martial art stance Mercury has never seen before and release a pressure that could be felt by all the other but they didn't pay much attention it as they know it was his skill and hard work that gave him that ability.

But Mercury was different if anything he was shocked, if it was one thing that he was familiar with the pressure coming off Smithvenjur, he knows too well as he could feel the pressure from where he was standing, as he said to himself.

"That pressure could it be fighting spirit."

Mercury said with great shock as he was too familiar with this dominating aura, and when Mercury said this Michael was shocked to find out that Mercury was familiar with this mysterious force as well as she said.

[You are familiar with fighting spirit Mr. Anguish]

At this question, Mercury couldn't help but remember the first time he came across the mysterious pressure that is known as [fighting spirit] he could remember it like it was yesterday.

As Mercury starts having a quick flashback.

A boy was been bullied by a huge set of delinquents that bothers him every day, it was just this one day he didn't follow their orders and did something quite perverted which cause quite an uproar as a huge group of forty delinquents all arm with bats, iron pipes and broke pint bottles surround two people a boy with blond hair and green eyes wearing a highschool uniform as this was his first month in high school, and a girl that was standing in front of the short boy.

She was wearing a white Miniskirt on her lower half while on her upper half she was wearing a sarashi that was squeezing in her already huge upper boobs but thankful she had on a white Jacket that was custom made as it also had her school symbol on the front pocket, while on the back was the very same symbol Mercury had on his cloak which was the Caduceus symbol as it was imprinted in gold while on her hand was a white and gold tactical combat gloves.

Her hair was pure silver as it reaches her back while her eyes shone bright yellows it almost feel like your look at the sun itself, normally one would find this girl as an extremely beautiful woman that any man would want to approach, but sadly none of these forty strong delinquents want to approach the boy nor the girl why you ask its definitely not because of the boy.

But because of the girl as she was coated deeply in blood as it stains her clothes and drips down from her silver hair, and no it wasn't her's but the two unlucky people that dare cross fist with her and especially since they were trying to bully her most important special someone.

The delinquents watch as a giant man that was very muscular to the point you will think he was on steroids, he was the type many would fear because of his size, but sadly he didn't look too intimidating now, why you ask well apart from the fact that all his limbs were broken as they twisted around in ways limbs shouldn't be twisted in.

Or the fact he was black and blue all over or could also be the fact that a girl that didn't look muscular instead she had petite figure... well body wise as she was slim and curvy in the right places as she was holding the 6'7 giant by the back of the head.

As his face was smashed into a brick wall while been held up by this monster of a woman and beneath her was a man of similar build but his face was kissing the ground as the girl was standing on his head pinning his bulky ass down as she said.

"Next."

But as she said those words all the delinquents got really pissed and decide to beat her ass as all of them rush at her this cause the green eye boy to panic and shout at the girl almost pleading with her.

"Sis please just leave me you cant take all of them they even have weapons."

The yellow eye girl look down at the boy who was on his knees begging her to turn her back on him and just run away, but the girl couldn't do that to him, why you ask its very simple as she said while throws away a half finish cig in on the ground.

"Al it really hurts me yah know."

Allen look at his older sister as he said.

"What do you mean it really hurts you, their only two of us make it one since I'm practically useless and thirty or forty of them, do you really think you can take on that much of a number all armed with melee type weapons as well."

The girl looks back with a smile on her face as she said.

"And who decides that."

Allen look up with a surprised look on his face as he said.

"What do you mean."

The girl repeat herself once more giving her little brother some words of encouragement, as she said while tightening her grip on the bulky man's head even harder.

"Who decided that your weak and useless you are only weak because you choose to be weak, no person is weak as he or she can become strong on their own violation whenever they want if they work hard enough for something, maybe if you actually stop groping every beautiful girl you see, maybe you won't get into a problem like this who the hell tell you to grope the leader girlfriend right in front of him."

Allen look at her sister with a serious look as he said with no regrets whatsoever.

"She was practically begging for it."

The girl watches the perverted boy and couldn't help but say.

"You have balls telling that to a girl I will give you that, but enough of that let me show you something, I will prove to you right here and now nothing is impossible as a matter of fact when danger is before you and there is no way to run it alls the more reason to clench your fist and forcefully make a path forward even if it means it is your end, at least if you know you died you die while giving everything you have."

The boy was shocked at just how strong one girl could be even with the odds against her, she was almost like a reliable pillar that will stay standing to the very end.

All Allen could do at that time was watch as the girl finish her speech

"When you saw me fight earlier I was holding back quite a lot with those other punks let me show you how chaotic I can really be while utilizing my fighting spirit that is."

Allen gave her yet another confusing look as he said.

"Fighting spirit what the hell is that?"

The girl smiled devilishly as she knows this fight will end too quickly if she uses it, but even so, she wants to look cool in front of her little brother why you ask well she is a massive bro-con.

"When all odds are against you martial artists like me could tap into a powerful force within ourselves call fighting spirit a last stand kind of thing one would call it, as the more you fight the stronger it gets not only does it gives you a massive boost in endurance, stamina, and physical prowess, it lessens pain, fatigues, and everything else but the only downfall to it is the fact that when you tap into it the effects of lessening the pain of injuries are so good to the point you don't give a shit about your body, in short, you are ignoring the pain and injuries so you can't tell how badly injured you are till the fight is over."

"And if your body doesn't hold up mid-fight using it well you are practically fuck since you can bleed to death without you even noticing."

Allen gave his sister a deadpan look as he said.

"You basically defined adrenaline."

The girl simply sigh as she said.

"You won't get it till I show you not only those it lessen the pain it also brings fort a fear into the enemy in the form of an invisible pressure hovering over them like so."

As the delinquent was approaching the two all of them felt on their ass as they all began to feel fear like no other it was very familiar to them as all of them had to felt it at least once in their life and that was the feeling of something dangerous approaching them as the delinquents began holding they are hearts or raising their guards.

Even Allen was very frightening at this mysterious pressure as it hover over him as well all he could do was watch the bloody one-sided battle that was about to happen, as the girl took the huge man and began using him as a weapon bashing and smashing the enemy with relative ease, almost like a wild beast utilizing its surroundings.

The first time Allen witness [figthning spirit] and the power and fear it brings with it was a feeling he could never forget.

Mercury eventually snap out of it as he answered Michael in surprise.

"Yes, Michael."

[Aww so infuriating there you go again staring off in space completely ignoring me and forgetting my existance]

"Sorry I was just remembering something from the past."

Michael raised an eyebrow at Mercury's statement, "was the thing he remembering something related to how he knows the existence of [Fighting Spirit] without me telling him." Of course, the only thing she could do to find out the answer to her question was, well just asking Mercury himself as she said.

[Mercury I'm quite curious how do you know the existence of fighting spirit without me telling you]

Said Michael in a rather curious voice.

Mercury didn't really mind after all Mercury knew that Michael should have information about him and information he really wants to know for example he still pondering what his new body origin is.

Or information on people like Lilith and Sirus, there were so many things he wants to know but Mercury know being impatient wouldn't get him anywhere, So for right now, he was going to deal with it.

But there was just one thing confusing him if Michael has had information on him shouldn't she know-hows he come to know what fighting spirit is, Little did Mercury know that Michael has all that information but she is just too lazy to go over the files, but sooner it later she will have to go over it.

Mercury then said to Michael.

"To be honest I only know about fighting spirit thanks to my elder sister when she first shows it to me I was left paralyzed in both fear and Amazement it was like I was been engulf by a furious fire that was invisible to the eye it almost like the invisible force that surrounded the area was a burning flame that burns so hot it left me out of breath literally, but I felt so protected, but yet so intimidated that day was probably the same day that I actually started to really admire my sister."

[Your sister, hmm I see... I really need to start reading the files first, I have to finish read up on Mercury then his sister as matter of fact maybe I should ask what his sister name is]

Mercury continue to watch the fight that was happening till Michael ask him a question he thought she already has an answer to.

[By the way, what is your sister name]

Mercury finds it odd that Michael didn't know this or maybe she does and just wanted to have a conversation but none less he smiles at the question as he said her name for the first in this life.

"Pyrrha Mercury, she use to have the Moniker of the Northern Dragon back on Earth for been undefeated, her fighting style was also destructive as it utilizes everything around you, everything was a weapon, support, and a path, etc hence the name of the style she called [World Martial art]."

[Oh that very interesting]

"Yea now shut up and let me watch the fight you annoying angel."

But Mercury developed a technique that allows him to block out everything Michael says as he began to watch a man was on something that he could only call a hoverboard.

The Earth was shaking at every step the beast takes as the person on the hoverboard was approaching at great speed till the other people her arrival to begin the battle as he said telepathic message to everyone there as the commander said to Mia.

"Azeth we have to get this thing off its feet or we don't stand a chance due to the height difference use your special skill and aim at the beast legs, Ironstone stays at the front and tank as much we can, Vajron used [Gracious light] as much as you can to heal our injuries if we need to, and remember don't use [Self Sacrifice] if you don't have to."

"Platherus, Fergoson you are on the vanguard with me and ironstone, Heartman and Smithvenjur you are on the rear guard try to take the Oddity by surprised on both direction, due to it only having one eye its blind spot in one of its biggest weakness and when you see an opportunity try to go for the kill or least injure it."

"And lastly Irionstone I'm going to drop all my explosive arm beneath the foot of the beast since a single explosion won't work to injure it, on my signal shoot and that goes for you too Azeth we need to get off it foot A.S.A.P or we don't stand a chance."

"Roger that Commander." Said ironstone as he ready his shield

"I heard you loud and clear." Let's get this over with said Vajron

"On it." Said Platherus

"On your command, I will release my special skill." Said Azetha as she has her hand forward charging a giant lava-like ball that was getting brighter, larger, and hotter by the minute as it was melting the ground beneath her."

The other didn't say anything as they were very focused on the battle that is to comes.

Meanwhile, The commander began to speed up the hoverboard with everything it has to overtake the giant Oddity and began to drop several explosive arms and shouted out the signal.

"Nowwww!"

Both Azeth and Ironstone fired their attack at the same time.

"Take this, you big Oaf."

Said Ironstone who fired a bullet toward one of the explosive arms which were followed by Azeth Giant Magna ball as it began scorching the Earth beneath it.

At that same time, the commander jump off the hoverboard and was at least 10 meters in the air which were followed by real skill flips as the Commander began doing sideways flips as she cast a barrier spell around her as the raging lava ball passed her slightly but she protected herself from it last minute as it passes her and was aimed right for the monster foot.

At the same time, Ironstone bullets hit one of the explosive arms which caused a chain reaction and set off the explosive arm causing a loud explosion to go off which was followed by the scream of pain from the cyclops.

*BOOOOOM*

*SCREEEEETCCHHH*

The giant fell to the ground but quickly support itself up with its arms but due to the pain, it fell down, and when the beast landed it wanted to use one of its racial ability which was to shoots a powerful laser out of its eyes.

But before it could do it a loud sniper shot was heard.

*Bam*

The bullet travels at a fast speed taking the monster's eyes before it could even think of firing its killer shot.

*SCREECH*

The Oddity screeches in pain as the bullet not only took its eye it also exploded and cast it on fire.

In fear of losing its sight, it starts punching and flinging the ground in the hope of killing its enemy.

But as he swings each powerful fist toward the group ironstone keeps deflecting them with his shield and of course he receiving injury as you could literally hear the loud crack due to the force of each hit but It wasn't bad as Vajron was using a spell Called [Glorius light] which was intermediate level healing spell that engulfs the target in green light and their injuries he could keep this up all day since its mana requirement isn't too bad once he manages it.

But eventually, Ironstone finds a weakness in the beast movement as he yelled out a battle cry and uses his special unique skill [Kenetic overdrive].

"Hehehe I think you gave me enough kinetic energy hahah... you can have it back now buddy." Ironstone then began to glow a blue light around him as he shouts out while doing a great jump reaching the Oddity chest punch with all his might with the shield.

[Release 100%: Kinetic overdrive]

After Ironstone said those words the Oddity felt an immense invisible force overwhelming him it felt like something even bigger than him punch his entire body as the Oddity fly at great speed crashing into trees eventually it stops but the destruction was still there.

But nonetheless, Both Heartman and Smithvenjur saw the opportunity as they both went for the creature's four arms as Heartman took his great hammer and began swirling it around and throw it at the creature's upper left hand on the top, and right before it reaches he said.

[Increas gravity x30]

And surprisingly the weight and the force of the hammer got so heavy it eventually squatch the giant hand but Heartman wasn't finished as he took his claymore sword and the orange gem in it started to break as a roaring flame engulf the blade itself.

As Heartman took his hand and send fort a powerful slice attack to the giant remaining left hand as flaming air slice took the Oddity other left hands.

"Your up Smithvenjur." Said Heartman as he was sure that this battle was practically over in a way he was right.

Smithvenjur came out of nowhere as he transform both his hand into giant scythes as he swung his body like a fierce top as he slice both its arm like it was nothing but butter.

*Slice*

"Commander Tomyris goes for the finishing blow."

At this word, the commander wasted no time as the attack the commander prepare was all just to buy time since the commander's skill is a unique skill that is called [Rage of the sun God] which practically gives the commander the ability to use the solar energy from the sun although Tomyris is useless at night-time.

Tomyris raised a finger up in the sky facing the sun even if it was slightly blocked by the red clouds in the sky it was enough to charge an attack that can end this battle in one fell swoop.

As a burning hot orb started to form at Tomyris fingertip and a huge laser was shot up in the sky, As Tomyris gave the Oddity a cold glare from within the armor and said.

"Begon from my sight Oddity and received the divine punishment of the God of the Sun RA."

[Sun God Retribution]

Tomyris brought the laser down as the clouds above split and when it touch the earth below the Oditty was a slice in perfect half as severed flesh scorched instantly and slightly after it fall to its death as the intestine and other organs started to gush out of the body.

From their everyone let their guard down and started to meet each other As Ironstone was the first to say.

"Hahaha... at a lad your [Sun God Retribution] get more powerful every time I see it Tomyris, I expect no less from one of the three-person that Lord Gilgamesh trained himself, you might even surpass him one-day."

Tomyris simply sigh and said.

"Your praises are wasted on me Ironstone as I am now at best I could make Master used his a single hand while fighting me with little to no effort at all."

"But that is still a feat that you should be proud of Tomyris, you know there are only ten people in the entire empire that can even accomplish a feat like that and you are one of the ten truly worthy of the Moniker the Sun Princess."

Said Vajron as he stretches and began healing the other and himself to kill fatigue.

"Vajron is right Commander Tomyris why else would lord Gilgamesh and king Solomon send you along with Ironstone to protect Bishop Card so he can deliver the sacrifice to Lilith we all know that Sacrifice is something the Empire treasure why else would they send you."

Said Azeth as she began cleaning her magic sniper.

But Tomyris wasn't the type to take compliments easily she wanted to surpass the king sword or also known as the sword king Lord Gilgamesh as he is this generation brave after all anyone from the Mesopotamia family who inherit the power of the sword king that has been passed down from generation to generation will instantly inherit all power of the previous inheritors.

"If I want to surpass Lord Gilgamesh who is revered as the strongest human and also the strongest generation sword king I will have to become even stronger than I am now."

Said Tomyris as the helmet on the commander's head started to come off since Tomyris was taking it off to get some fresh air.

And what was revealed was the beautiful face of a woman as she had fair white skin that look soft to the touch her hair was in single ponytail fashion as it was bright orange color and her eyes was bright yell and above her head was a small sun-like birthmark.

she was clad in armor just like theirs only difference is she wore a cape that was red in color as it had the eyes of Ra symbol on it as it represent the sunshine family symbol

"Hehehe... I can't get used to the commander's beauty even though I know her for a while now."

Said Heartman as he was blushing slightly at her beauty meanwhile there was another person blushing at just how beautiful she was as he was concealing his presence as he watch the battle in awe, of course, this person was no other Mercury as he said.

"My lord that monster a woman and a really beautiful one at that who is she."

[Hmmpp my sunshine is far greater and hotter and also my beauty]

"Says a girl who cants show herself."

"But who the hell is that monster of a woman."

[I can't give you much apart from her name, Moniker, and what her unique skill is since it will mean I will be going against the rules of the campaign mode]

[Her name is Tomyris Gloria Sunshine or as she mostly goes by the name The Sun Princess since the sun is always on her side as her unique ability [Rage of the Sun God] basically make her a walking sun human]

"A sun human what the hell is that."

[Just my way of describing her since her ability give her the ability to utilize the power of the sun and she is very creative with it]

"That damn girl is fucking overpowered."

[Very hahahaha]

"Why are you laughing Michael."

[Hahaha no reason, I just can't wait for Chapter two campaign mode]

"Wait what."

Mercury didn't know it now but there will be a time when he got a little close to the sun orbits making him trap with it forever.

At that same time, Mercury couldn't help but say.

"I have a very bad feeling about the future and I can't help but feel like Michael and mostly Tomyris is the reason why hahaha... I need to get stronger if want to survive."

"Gather the remaining of the Oddity body and as much organs as possible use your space rings get everything we shall carry this glorious battle trophy to the [dismantler] to break it apart and send it directly to the lab to further the empire research of Oddity that get mutated due to high exposure of miasma."

From their ironstone and rest put the Oddity or the cyclops body in the space rings as all of them go towards the main camp where they will meet up with Bishop Card.

But little did either of them know that Mercury was tailing them and plan to infiltrate the campsite and murder all or majority of them to make a good impression and show for Lilith of Mayhem
