Lunch Break

This is a really big problem. I thought the moment I entered the classroom and saw hundreds of eyes on me and I know exactly why.

I still have the wig and the school skirt on. And why is this a problem really? Well … let's just say the boys in my class are as thirsty as a parched dog in a desert, who is also in heat.

"Who is this? A new student?"

"No. A new student can't just join in the middle of the school year."

"Then who is this person?"

"I saw her around campus before."

"Really?"

"Yeah, but just today. I don't know if I saw her some other time."

Ignoring them, I walked to my seat and laid my head on the table, closing my eyes. We need to visit Alexis today. I wonder how he is. We haven't contacted each other after … yesterday.

I yawned, staring out the window at the trees in full bloom in front of me. Pink petals, just like Yale's hair. Pretty.
