Leaving the house on the Rain, the forces stare shocked at seeing the little girl and an enormous chimera. he throws his state badge towards them.

"it was a dark-skinned man in a yellow coat with An X scar across his eyes and forehead." He says, pointing at the position.

"I lost him after he was thrown out of the building. Tucker, sadly, this man had gotten to tucker faster than I could." they point at the child in his hand.

"She is Dr. Shou Tucker's daughter, is she not?" He smiles at them, his eyes losing emotion as he glares at them, "Let's make this short Shou Tucker killed his daughter by turning her into a chimera."

He places a finger to his lip. "And we know Chimera's can not be reversed, correct?" he sets Nina Down Aria picking her up as he grabs the collar of the soldier.

"so you are to Keep your mouth shut about this until I can get the Adoption approved." he pats the soldier's shoulder and put a bag of Cens in his hand.

"everybody here got that." They nod, terrified. "I just have to get to the Colonel and get the adoption papers, else she just become another test subject as a chimera."

they approach the gate, the Guards Reacting, "it's a chimera as for me to hear." he hands the badge to them, having taken it back from the soldier he threw it to so no friendly fire occurred.

Mustang not entirely believing him, but this being the best information he has at the moment. "He appears to be specifically targeting state alchemist because of their status as state alchemist and their blasphemy against god by using alchemy."

Roy nods and rolls his shoulder. "What did you want me to help you with as a favor, Warin?" The man response to Roy, "An adoption to be specifically a legal adoption of Nina tucker. and classification of the Chimera Alexanders as my military subordinate."
