The normal human reaction time typically ranges from 0.2 to 0.3 seconds, depending on the person's receptors and other analyzers, as well as the coordination between the central nervous system and the neuromuscular system.  


With training, a person's reaction time can briefly approach 0.2 seconds and, under super performance, even drop below 0.2, but it can never go below 0.1 seconds.
