When Sinclair caught a scent of blood wafting into the building, he quickly tried to find the source of it. Not only was it alarming for him as the CEO, but it was Ainsley's blood scent that he smelled. After finding out that a package was sent, he was so sure that something like Ainsley's bloodied belonging would have been sent to him by the cannibals.

However, he was surely taunted when he saw that left hand raised to them. The guards only glared at the box, not knowing if the hand was real. It's just that before they could even react to anything, Sinclair punched the glass of the overlooking room.
