Death is Too Light

Even when it was Gavyn's own brother that they were talking about, he just continued to retreat as if trying to escape. He knew that his brother's body was dying at every passing hour. Right now, he wasn't even sure what Full Moon Rosen was bound to do. 

Who could have done this to Dominic, if not him? With that goal Kalanchoe had, wouldn't it be enough if one just survived?

It's just that Gavyn could feel a strong gaze that compelled him to meet it. However, when his eyes looked up to see that expression on Ainsley's face, he couldn't help but shudder at the frost. The last time he had seen this human… "Aren't you supposed to be dead?"

"Aren't you supposed to be a doctor?" Ainsley coldly spoke, not minding the situation in between him and Gavyn who had done atrocious things to him. They stared at each other, Gavyn even freezing in terror under the gaze of the supposed normal human.
