Those words somewhat froze Roth. Since he didn't move, Alex only grabbed Ainsley's arm and dragged him away. Before they could pass the Bentley, Ainsley told the other about it. They went to get inside the black car… only for Roth to run after them after growling in frustration.

Alex only watched Roth get inside the black car before driving out of the parking lot. It was good that he didn't have to share the backseat with this guy.

Ainsley should be the one driving, but he just kept on looking at his phone. As if not letting the cold dampen his worry, he asked Roth who was smoothing his clothes, "Roth, where is Sinclair?"

"At the Adalwolf Manor at the edge of the forest and the city. He was taken there by the alpha werewolf." Roth growled. "Hey, okay, listen to me, Alice. You have no idea how everything happening right now is… is scaring me. I have to keep you out."
