“Please leave Ivy. I don't deserve you, you are the light of my life. But I don't want to drag you into darkness” Gavon said with a hoarse voice and his lips were trembling.

Ivy smiled and cupped his face, but he didn't look into her eyes “Gav, if light embraces the darkness then it becomes a cozy morning. If darkness embraces the light then it becomes a beautiful night”.

Still, Gavon didn't dare to look into her eyes but she continued “If there is no light and dark then there won't be a day. If you are not there then there is no meaning for my life Gavon”.

Gavon snapped his head upwards and looked into her clear black eyes. A tear rolled from his right eye and he hugged her tightly.

Dragon Loves Me

When Ivy saw the dragon lift its leg and try to crush the Lyo under its feet, sadness, helplessness, anger blasted in her heart when she saw actions of the dragon and her heart suddenly felt heavy. She had a hard time breathing seeing Lyo in that situation, he is like his younger brother, and seeing him in that state made her heart tighten and adrenaline shoot up.

Unknowingly she screamed loud making the entire place completely silent for a moment "STOPPPPPPP"

Meanwhile, Gavon took the firewood along with some wild fruits and a pheasant which is struck in his trap, and returned to the hut. He knocked on the door and placed them down, Siria opened the door and smiled at Gavon.

"Oh my, you got so many things Gavon." Siria's eyes shone with amazement.

"I thought of getting something along the way. They are not much." Gavon said.

"Ho, no dear. They are really good. Do you know how to clean the pheasant?" Siria inquired.
