“Please leave Ivy. I don't deserve you, you are the light of my life. But I don't want to drag you into darkness” Gavon said with a hoarse voice and his lips were trembling.

Ivy smiled and cupped his face, but he didn't look into her eyes “Gav, if light embraces the darkness then it becomes a cozy morning. If darkness embraces the light then it becomes a beautiful night”.

Still, Gavon didn't dare to look into her eyes but she continued “If there is no light and dark then there won't be a day. If you are not there then there is no meaning for my life Gavon”.

Gavon snapped his head upwards and looked into her clear black eyes. A tear rolled from his right eye and he hugged her tightly.

Dragon Loves Me

Odin is observing his surroundings and replies "But not under the building."

"What?" Gavon was confused and soon he realized.

'Yes, what if there is an underground place.'

"I also sensed the princess's presence in this place. it is light and going to fade away anytime soon." Odin's face turned grim.

Gavon becomes alert and looked at his surroundings with wariness "Then the person who kidnapped princess, who is creating havoc in the kingdom is at the same place. Is he using princess to do his crimes?"

"Might be," Odin replied while they were making their way to the building. Odin reduced his size and followed Gavon closely.

Using the night to their advantage they slowly made their way into the building. At the same time inside the building in the underground Peril sat leisurely in the chair and sipped the wine.
