Flopping back down, completely disinclined to do a damned thing, Anderson asked, "So are we going home today? I suppose I should check in with my family."

"I think they left messages here, but past letting them know we were alive and well, I've largely ignored them. I figured we could go by there to say farewell, grab breakfast, then head home. I wasn't sure if you wanted to get new phones here or once we're back in the city."

"Here, I guess," Anderson said. "One less thing to do when we're actually home."

Lynn nodded and rolled over to give him a long, thorough, tingling kiss. Crawling out of bed and shifting again, he vanished into the bathroom briefly then came out and pulled on the outfit he must have set out while Anderson was sleeping. As threatened, it was his dark maroon pencil skirt with black t-straps and a dark gray blouse. He wound his hair up into a fancy little chignon, and pulled on a black pearl choker, bracelet, and drop earrings. "How do I look?"
