"I understand that she is your maid, but how could she disrespect someone of high status like Lady Yae? This is not only disrespectful but a maid like her should be put back in her place, if you let her go, other maids might pull stunts like these thinking that they'd be let go too. Lady Melissa had a point as all the other ladies kept staring at the both of them, most of them siding with Lady Melissa since her explanation was reasonable, and she indeed had a point.

"What punishment do you have in mind?"

Lady Yae asked, noticing that most of the Ladies had nodded their head whilst Lady Melissa was speaking, agreeing with her.

"I believe that for such a crime she committed, cutting a finger off should be sufficient enough."
