[Bonus chapter] A Magical Joker

As she awoke Maelyn noticed something next to her and immediately jumped up, grabbing her hairbrush. With it looking like someone was in the bed beside her she raised the brush and was prepared to strike down as she pulled the sheet back so she could see who it was. She was in the middle of swinging as she pulled the sheet back and started to arrest her swing until she decided to instead take her anger out with the swing and struck the life sized stuffed doll version of Abjul.

  When she then pulled her sheet entirely off of it so she could use her magic to dispose of it she saw there was a note attached to it and read, "Good Morning Professor, Hope you enjoyed sleeping with this version of Abjul if the real version didn't show up. And, if you went to him, I'm sure you enjoyed your night more than this guy and the female version I sent to Abjul did."
