There is no denying that Hybrids are considered dangerous. They are stronger and crazy as their other half are really out of control for first few years. there is a so much more to hybrid species. how crazy your other side would be depends upon which cross breed you are. 


You see if the of parents are similar than the hybrid would not be too crazy for instance Petris is hybrid of werewolf and Human. Since human genes are neither strong nor contradicting to werewolf or any other species they hybrid is really toned down. 


But in case of jasmine her mother was a witch and her father was a werewolf. Both gees are strong and contradicting so the hybrid is supposed to be crazy and outrageous.
