Chapter 11: Slave (2)

Hiro's POV

Jin removed his clothes himself. His body was full of bruised and on his waist are dull green scales, some of the scales are ripped while some are bent or misplaced.

"Aren't those hurt?" I ask him while pointing at his scales.

"No... feel... numb." He said.

I rolled up my sleeves and started to pour some water to Jin.

"I... do... it... brother." Jin said while taking the water scooper on my hand.

"Ok, let me know if you need some help." I said as I gave the water scooper to him.

"Ok... brother."

Then I exits the bathroom. I decided to call Shimono Shion, her job class was a Tailorsmith. She is already level 19 and can take body measurements of a person just by looking at them.

I walked out of my room and found a maid to call Shion.

After 5 minutes, Jin was already done bathing. "Here, just wear my clothes first. My friend who was a tailor will come soon." I said then I passed him my t-shirt and a brief and my boxer because it has a rubber garter so it will cling to Jins waist.

The boxer didn't slipped in Jin's waist and it was covered by my shirt that reached his knees. Just a minute after Jin was finished dressing, Shion was already knocking at the door. I opened the door then she entered.

Shion sat at my bed then asked, "So what do you want with me?"

Pointing at Jin and said, "Make a clothes for him, I will pay you."

She looked at Jin that was sitting on the sofa after that she took a small notebook with a pen from her pockets and then started writing.

She raised her head and asked, "Where did you get this kid."

"I bought him from a slave merchant."

"Oh, is that so? I already got his sizes, How many sets do you want?"

"2 leather boots, 2 sets for sleeping, 3 sets for formal wear, 2 sets for training, 7 sets for casual wear, 4 sets for summer and winter wear and 3 sets for when we go outside."

She listed all of what I said and then kept the notebook in her pocket. "Ok! Got it, just take the clothes after the dinner tomorrow."

"Ok, thank you."

She stands from my bed and I walked with her out of the room. She bid goodbye and then she left.

I saw a maid and called her, "Just bring my dinner in my room and add another portion of meal in it. Oh one more thing, can you deliver some snacks into my room first?"

"Certainly, hero-sama." The maid bowed and then she left.

I entered the room and found Jin sleeping on the sofa in front of my bed. I carried him into my king sized bed and tucked him in with my blanket.

I've got nothing to do so I just read some books from the bookshelf in my room and sat on my bed beside Jin.

After a minute, the snacks came. I opened the door and let the maid place them in the table in front of the sofa.

Now that while I'm reading and snacking at the same time, I didn't notice that Jin was already awake.

Grumble~

I was disturbed by a sound, I raised my head and looked for where that sound came from. I saw Jin who was touching his tummy that was making a sound.

"Come here, there are snacks in here for the moment. The dinner will be served later." I beckoned him to go sit by my side and gave him the snacks, Jin ate it quietly.

"By the way Jin, how old are you this year?" I asked.

"Don't... know... I... don't... birthday." He meekly said while still munching at the snacks.

"Oh, ok then, we will go to the church tomorrow to let some healer to heal you and to see if we can see your birth date in their «appraisal pillar»." I said while patting him in his head.

I want to let Shina heal Jin, but Shina is still giving me a cold shoulder, so I will just go to the Lightius Church to heal him and to see his status. Only the Heroes can see their own status. The people of these world will get their Job classification when they reached the age of 6 years old. They can only see their own stats by buying a «status orb» at the church which you can only use for 10 times.

"Thank... you... brother." He said, still munching at the snacks.

I saw that his ears are quite red so I started to tease him. "Hmm~ why did your ears turned red. Fuhh~" I said and blew on his ears.

"Shhh!!" Jin startled and jumped from his seat while holding his ears making the snacks he was munching at fall down.

"Pfft- HAHAHAHA!!" I laughed at his expression.

"Bro-brother... why!" He said while flustered.

"Pfft- HAHAHA... Nothing, I just want to tease you a bit. HAHAHA!!!" I said while trying to not laugh.

"Hmph..." Jin pouted and he sit in the end of the sofa so that I can't reached him.

This is the first time I saw some emotions on Jin so I started to teased and tickle him to make him laugh.

"HAHAHA... brother... stop!!!" Jin kept laughing, kicking, punching and pushing just to make me stop tickling him.

Knock knock~

"Hero-sama, I brought the dinner." A voice said outside the door of my room.

I stopped tickling Jin and got up to open the door. "Come in." I said and the maid entered with a cart with silver utensils.

The maid laid the utensils and food on too of the table in front of the sofa. "Hero-sama, just call me if you're done." She said and gave me a silver bell.

"Thank you." I said.

"This servant will take a leave now, Hero-sama."

"Mm." I nodded and the maid bowed the she left with the cart.

I turned to look at Jin and said, "Let's eat."

"Mm!" He nodded.

After eating, I rang the bell, the maid came and took away the silver utensils and the plates.

After the maid left I decided to walk at the garden with Jin. I let him wear my shorts and he tucked the t-shirt under the shorts then I handed him my belt so that the shorts will not drop from his waist.

I turned a round and lowered my body so that Jin can reached my back and said, "Come here, you have no footwear so let me carry you."

Jin blushed and said, "I...can...do...it...myself."

"No, come here, or else I'll tickle you." I said and raised my hands to tickle him.

"Ok!" Jin said and then he hoped on my back laying his thin arms around my neck.

I carried him, 'Woah... He's light' I thought.

I started walking towards the garden. The garden was full of bushes of flowers, marble statues, fountain, benches and tables.

I let Jin walk on the ground since the garden was filled with grass. We started to walked around the garden. Jin became happy and started playing and running a round the garden.

We didn't see any people in the garden so I guess my classmates are so tired now. We sat at a bench and stared at the stars.

"Do you have any families before you became a slave?" I asked Jin.

"No..." Jin said as he looked at his dangling feet.

"So... How did you became a slave?"

"Uhm...don't...know."

I started talking about certain things like why I'm here, where I really come from and who I was. Until I saw Jin's sleepy face so I carried him back to my room and lay him on my bed to sleep.

Jin was already asleep when I lay him in my bed so I just took a pillow and slept at the sofa.
