As the daylight dwindled the tension in Justin grew. He did not know what was going wrong with him. He did not know why he even cared.
Why does this girl make him lose his senses so much to the point that he does not think when it comes to her?
Why?
He knew he should not have tried to even get more information about her but he could not help but get worried. His beast wanted her and he wanted her. He did nit have peace at all due to her absence.
Damn he needed her.
He would go insane if he did not find her safe and okay
Being the first time she had missed school, he really wanted to know why she was not in school.
Damn it was killing him...it was more like a torture. He could not focus. He just could not.
Is everything alright with her?
Is she fine?
Is she okay?
How hard he wanted to answer those disturbing questions of his. There was this feeling in the pit of his stomach that all was not well with her and the more he thought about it, the more restless he became.
It was hard to keep up at school, especially when this Maria would not let him be. All he damn wanted was to have a girlfriend so he would shun girls away. He was tired of their constant bickering and love tales. He also wanted to get rid of Crystal's effect on him.
He saw red.....he wanted blood.
Damn she was getting on his nerves lately. Why does she not understand she is not needed anymore?...that she is past?
If she does not stay away from him, he would kill her. His beast was unsettling, wanting to go on a rampage.
His worry for Crystal made him shout at Maria during recess and he didn't even bart a lash when she started shedding tears. But if it were Crystal....
He could not contain his restlessness and worry anymore. He need to do something. He wanted to see her okay. At least that would calm his beast down.
What if something is really wrong? What if something is not right?
What if she needed him?
Killing the last restraint he had in him, he Left his class the chance he had and went to the Principal's office. Her files should be in his office since she was in the higher classes. He checked the drawer where her files were supposed to be and searched for her files.
Good thing the Principal was out and his office keys entered to him for that day. Jotting her number and her house address down then rearranged the files and put it back in its drawer.
He was glad he would be able to check up on her and ease his worry at least.
As soon as he got home, he quickly dashed to his room, picked his cell phone and called the number. It started ringing.....but no one picked the call.
It went on like that for five times, but no one bothered to pick the damn phone. He started getting restless....his beast cleaning in his mind.
He sighed in frustration as he rolled on the bed. What was he going to do now? How will he ease this damn worry and restlessness he was feeling?
Crystal should be fine right? What is there to worry? He should not be worried. But here he was worrying unnecessarily. He got up and checked the paper again. At least he got her address. Quickly changing from his school wear, he wore a blur jeans and a black shirt. He made his way out of the house.
"Do you know this place?" He asked his driver.
"Yes young sir. Are you going there?"
"Yes take me to that place quickly" He said, jumping into the car. It took him ten minutes to reach the place. They reached the place and he did not even wait for the car to stop as he dashed out of the car.
But he stopped in his tracks. It can't be....Was Crystal....no there must be in the wrong place.
"Are you sure this is the place?"
"Yes young sir, are you looking for someone?"
Crystal cannot be an orphan. No....he would not believe it. Maybe there was a reason why this was her address, or maybe she gave the school a wrong address? No that was not possible.
He sniffed the air and noticed her scent but it was faint. He walked into the residence and knocked on the door. It did not take long for the door to open and reveal a young dark girl, not at all taller than him but he could tell that she was around Crystal's height.
"I am looking for Crystal Garcia. Does she live here?" He asked, not wanting to sound off so she would not label him as a kidnapper or worse. He did not want that right now.
"Who are you?"
"A friend of hers. Please let me see her. She was not in school today and i....i....i was told to check on her"
"Well she is not here"
"What?"
"She is not here sorry"
"But i was given this address?"
"Yes, she does live here"
"Then why did you say she was not here?"
"Because i do not get why a handsome guy shows up and asks about Crystal. I do not talk to strangers so please leave"
This was going to be harder than he had thought. He had to see her.....right now. He could not let a girl stop him from seeing Crystal. He had to get rid of this restlessness and worry. If he did not, it will drive him crazy.
"I promise i am not a threat. I just want to know where she is. You could call her and she will surely identify me. Please just once....."
"Why should i trust you? What is your name?"
"Justin. I do not know....."
"Oh you are the guy!"
"Wait what?"
"She is in the hospital and she had lost a lot of blood so she cannot be available right now"
His thoughts stood at a standstill when he heard what she had said....She is in the hospital?...she lost a lot of blood?
Damn is she okay?
"She...she....is what?"
"I thought you said you wanted to know? You are one confusing handsome boy. I like you" She said as she eyed him.
"Right....I am sorry. What happened to her?"
"I do not know. She was found lying on the bathroom ground this morning with very deep cuts. A razor blade was close to her and it seems she had hurt herself with it"
"Could you.....could you tell me....which hospital?"
"They must have taken her to the city hospital"
"Thanks for the information. Here...take this...for helping" He gave her some money and dashed off before she could even say thank you.
He had to get to the city hospital.
