Derelict: A tale of happy ghosts

Nobody knew what started the fire but it destroyed the whole of Suckersbend neighbourhood leaving her as the only survivor.



Twenty three years later, she now owns her own thriving company. A new neighbourhood is built over the ruins of Suckersbend and she resolutely decides that she must get a house there. She wants the house built over her former home but realises that a new home was never built over it and the derelict building still stands.

She meets a couple of ghosts who manipulate her to do their will, a young girl who she relates to, her brothers best friend who nobody knows is still alive and she becomes the only one that can give Suckersbend a happy ending.
