Hashashin

The next leaguer is called Blood Mirage the Hashashin. A rogue member of the secret assassin order Nizar Ismailis. He specializes in assassination, one-on-one combat, illusions, and teleportation. He is an uncommon powered as he has two main powers instead of one. Those those are teleportation and illusion. He should be in his 50's. He too is hiding out in the Sahara.
