Alive Again

"ugh"

A headache woke Venus up. She slowly open her eyes and observe her surrounding. Shocked by the fact that she is still alive, she can't think properly. The place seems so familiar to her.

' What's going on? Where am I?' She didn't comeback to her senses until she heard her mother. 'Mo.....Mom??!!!'

" Venus, thank God you're awake. You scared me to death. How are you? Where does it hurt? Tell mommy!" her mother said with full of concern. Tears of joy is starting to flow in her eyes.

"Mom?" Venus uttered her first word with a hoarse voice.

Disbelief was written all over her face. It's really her. She saw her mother being killed with her own eyes.

' It doesn't make sense' she thought.

'oh my God'

'I was reborn?' She can't believe it. Never in her wildest dream that rebirth is true.

Still shock, she asked her mom for a mirror. She needed to confirm her hunch.

Her mother pass her the mirror and when she saw her face, it confirmed it all. It's not a prank. She did go back 10years before she was murdered.

With tears in her eyes, Venus sniffed and hugged her mom tightly.

'this is great. Mom is alive and maybe he is alive too.' She was given another shot of life. She can start all over again.
