Fake Dating

"So what's your plan?" asked Salsa.

"We're pretending to be dating," Arthur replied.

"Hah?!" Instantly her pupils widened.

"You are crazy?" said Salsa.

"I just want my brother to realize his feelings for you. We're just pretending to be dating so he's jealous," Arthur explained.

Slightly reasonable, maybe Salsa should try it too.

All this time she had been chasing David, while David had been ignoring her.

There were times when she would stop and open her heart to another man, and this was to make David jealous of her.

Yes, though Salsa wasn't quite sure if it worked, and David would be very jealous of her, but at least she had tried.

"Okay then, from now on you will be my girlfriend huh?" Arthur said with a smile.

"Yes!" replied Salsa firmly.

"Wow, you seem excited huh?" Arthur held Salsa's chin. "Could it be that you like me too?" Arthur asked with a mocking smile.

"Ah! Don't think like that! We were just pretending! I don't like you at all, Arthur! You're still junior high school!"

"Even though I'm still in middle school, I'm already in 3 grade, soon I'll be a high school student!" Arthur replied.

"Well, I still don't want to date a guy younger than me!" said Salsa.

"Haha! Salsa! Salsa! David just fell in love with the first-year middle school girl!" Arthur teased.

"... wait! What do you mean?" asked Salsa curiously. "What do you mean, Mesya?"

"Haha! Who else?"

"But her, it her biological sister!?"

"Haha! Who said?"

Sasha was silent. "So... she's not your sister!" guess the salsa.

"Yes!" Arthur answered firmly.

I Dunno what Arthur was planning, he had told Salsa everything.

It was clear that Mesya's status as an adopted sibling was a family secret, but he did reveal it instead.

Since elementary school, Mesya's status as an adopted child has become a burden for the girl.

She begs Arumi and Charles to keep all this a secret, she doesn't want her friends at her new school to know that she is just an adopted child.

Not because Mesya is afraid of being bullied by her friends. But because she was only afraid that many people would have the misfortune to have hurt her.

The entire Davies family agreed to keep this a secret, and so did Arthur.

Although not entirely successful, most of Mesya's and Arthur's friends do not know that Mesya is only an adopted child.

But some people know the secret, including the late Lula the headmaster.

She knows Mesya's status because she is the sister of Ana Amelia or who is familiarly called Bunda Lia, the caretaker of the Orphanage.

"It doesn't matter what your goal is to accept my offer to be your girlfriend, but honestly I just want to help you, Salsa," Arthur said

"Fine, Arthur. Thank you," replied Salsa.

"Now it's break time, I'm sure David is in the school cafeteria. And from now on, don't go near him, sit with me," Arthur whispered.

"Okay, I'll take your word for it. But even though I already believe you, but please don't mess with me, Arthur," whispered Salsa.

Arthur nodded with a smile. The two lovebirds walked hand in hand to go to the school cafeteria.

Arriving at the place, it was true what Arthur said if David was sitting there.

The handsome and cold-faced man seemed to be sipping his orange juice.

Salsa walked right in front of David holding Arthur's hand.

She sat on the bench across from David's desk.

"What do you want? Let me get it," Arthur said, glancing at David.

"Ah, whatever, as long as you like it, I'll like it too," replied Salsa.

"Okay, wait here," Arthur said as he stood up, about to get some food for Salsa.

Salsa was still sitting alone on the bench, for a moment the girl glanced at David.

David didn't move, even his gaze didn't change at all, still cold and indifferent.

Salsa's heart started to get restless because she thought what she was doing was in vain. After all, there was no response at all from David.

"Salsa, look what, let's eat this is your order," Arthur said.

Salsa glanced at the bowl of meatballs Arthur had brought.

"Why only one bowl? Where's yours?" ask Salsa

"I'm not hungry, anyway if I want I can eat with you," Arthur replied.

"But...." Salsa seemed to object. And Arthur immediately interrupted Salsa's words.

"One bowl for two, wouldn't it be more romantic," Arthur said, glancing at David.

David was silent for a moment then glanced at Arthur and Salsa.

The man's gaze now changed, as if something was bothering him.

"Look, he's jealous," Arthur whispered in Salsa's ear.

Salsa also looked happy, because she thought what Arthur said was true.

Salsa is getting excited about pretending to be dating Arthur,

The oriental-looking girl immediately wrapped her arms around Arthur's shoulders.

"I'm very happy to be close to you. Because even though you're only a middle schooler, your mind is much more mature than a high school kid!" said Salsa in a slightly loud voice, she said it on purpose so that David would hear it.

Then without saying anything David quickly finished the drink in the glass. Then he left the cafeteria.

Salsa smiled happily, seeing David leave made her feel sure that David was jealous of her.

"My idea worked, didn't it?" said Arthur proudly.

"Haha! Yes, I am very grateful to you, Arthur!" said Salsa.

"Then as a thank, you to me, will you go with me after school?" Arthur asked.

"Isn't that an exaggeration? And why do you seem to be asking that in return? Aren't you sincerely helping me?" asked Salsa.

"Come on, Salsa, I want to get to know each other better. You like my old brother, right?"

Salsa nodded, "Yeah, right!"

"Well, because of that, I will tell you a lot of things about my brother," Arthur concluded.

Salsa complies with Arthur's invitation.

After school, they go together.

They walk hand in hand to look affectionate and like people who are dating.

They passed through the school gates chatting and laughing and didn't notice that someone was watching the two of them.

His name is Jerry, he is a classmate of Salsa.

The young man liked Salsa, but Salsa ignored him and chose David.

Jerry looks surprised that Salsa is no longer with David, and suddenly walks in with another young man and is very upset that the young man is still a junior high school student. Of course, Jerry, who felt that he was more senior than Arthur, was not at all willing to be defeated by a middle schooler like Arthur.

Maybe if David he can still accept, because he is a classmate.

But if it was Arthur, he really wouldn't give him any mercy.
