Last Chance

Arumi's arrival surprised Mesya and David.

"Sorry, Mom. We'll be in right away," said David.

Arumi did not answer a word, she just looked at her two children.

David slowly grabbed Mesya's hand and led her inside.

Arumi is very surprised by David's current attitude because he was the only person in the Davies family who was so rude and cold towards Mesya.

But for some reason, after the rebellion carried out by Mesya, David seemed to melt.

He paid more attention to Mesya.

"What's going on with David?" Arumi muttered.

She still hasn't taken her eyes off her eldest son who's been escaping.

Seeing David, made her think of herself in the past.

She lives in a cult family. Eating human flesh and killing was common in her family members.

But behind all that, Arumi is so depressed, she wants to live a normal life like a general human being, only that Arumi can't do it.

She a figure was so weak that she couldn't save her family from her Uncle.

Maybe this is what makes her keep forcing David to be the person she should be.

Even though Arumi understands very well that David just wants to live a normal life like humans in general, Arumi continues to force her to be a child who is obedient to her family.

"My son, David, must not be a stupid human being like I used to be, he must be an obedient and brave child!" her words were full of emotion, her teeth gritted. "And of course, David is the best killer!" Then Arumi smirked.

Only then did she remember their captive, Denias.

She just realized that Denias was not here.

"Heueh! You Stupid Children!" cursed Arumi.

And without telling anyone, she immediately left her house.

Arumi drives the car alone, she wants to go to the residence of Denias.

She already knew the address, because the people who had been taken prisoner and were targeted to be killed, all had their identities known.

"I'll see what the kid will do first." Her eyes narrowed down the road to Denias' house.

"I wonder why they are so stupid? I let him live it was only for a few days, he thought I would let the boy live forever huh?" Arumi spoke to herself. She looks so emotional.

She didn't like seeing Denias gone from her house.

Indeed, she had promised to let Denias live as long as Mesya wanted to be an obedient child again, but she didn't want Denias to just go!

At least he had to make a pact with Arumi.

Denias had to keep his mouth shut and promised to cover up this event.

And with David having released Denias, it is possible that Denias will complain to everyone or he will even report to the authorities.

Of course, this will disturb the Arumi family.

It would be very dangerous if this news got into the mass media.

Because Wijaya's family can hear this and of course, the family will not remain silent.

Arumi is not ready to fight against her uncle's family, because her family is not strong enough.

They are so strong, Arumi will attack when her preparations are ripe, and when Mesya is an adult.

While controlling her car, Arumi called her men, so that they immediately prepared to help her catch Denias.

Some of Arumi's men headed for Denias's house, and the other they were near the police station just in case Denias was going to report Davies' family to the police.

And sure enough, when Arumi arrived at Denias' house, there was no sign of Denias and his family's whereabouts.

Arumi's men also just arrived.

Slowly two well-built men got out of the black sedan.

"Excuse me, Madam, what should we do?" asked one of the men.

"Look for a child named Denias until you find him, don't let him report it to the police!" said Arumi.

Then one of them managed to find Denias.

It turned out to be true, Arumi's suspicion that Denias wanted to report it to the authorities.

Instead of going to the hospital first, Denias went to the police station accompanied by his uncle.

Fortunately, Arumi's men had found them before they arrived at their destination.

Without hesitation Arumi and her men immediately left Denias' house, to meet Denias, who is currently being held in another place.

"No mercy anymore, Denias must die today!" said Arum.

She was still driving her luxury car alone, while her men were also driving behind her.

And soon they arrived at a place that had become the final confinement for Denias.

In an empty building, which is not far from the shore of the lake.

Arumi is full of confidence and a smiling face out of the car, she can't wait to finish off Denias.

Truly no mercy, maybe if Denias had kept his mouth shut, Arumi could have just let the boy live. But because Denias has tried to uncover Davies' crimes, of course, Arumi will not want to stay silent.

"Hello, we meet again?" said Arum.

Denias lifted his face for a moment then looked down again, he looked so scared.

"Mrs. Arum?" said Denias trembling.

"Yes!" Arumi answered it loudly, "don't think I'm as stupid as David and Mesya!" snorted Arumi.

Plak!

Without further ado, Arumi slapped the curly-haired boy's face. Arumi smirked, she took out a penknife from her bag.

"Please, don't kill us, Mrs ...." Denias begged.

"Sorry, you're presumptuous to reveal our secret, so don't blame me if I kill you," concluded Arumi.

"Hey! Madam, why do you have the heart to be so mean to my nephew?!" shouted the Uncle of Denias, apparently the man did not accept what Arumi had done to his nephew.

Arumi's two eyes conveyed hatred for the middle-aged man beside Denias. Arumi re-opened her penknife.

"This is a request, you, then I will kill you first," said Arumi with a thin sinister smile.

Denias already regretted the second chance that David gave him, he should have used it well, namely leaving this city or at least keeping his mouth shut so that no one would know, but instead he followed his uncle's words to report this activity to the police.

Maybe his chance had run out, and this was the day he and his uncle's life was picked up.

Denias immediately knelt in front of Arumi.

"Please, Mrs. Arumi, save us, or if we have to die, then kill us in a way that doesn't hurt us," Denias begged.
