Chapter-3: I Finished My First Kill

I was too excited yet very scared. I was the alien of this world, but I obviously didn't look like one. I looked around, keeping my hands on my waist. "Argh, where do I go? It's just all green here! Mr. Navigator! I activate navigation for you to show my path! Damn, that's not gonna work anyways..." I laid down on the grass and closed my eyes. As I opened my eyes, I saw an arrow was show the direction to go straight. "Huh!? Did that really work!? I didn't even know about it!" I started my journey from moving my leg towards the next step. A whole new world now I belong to!

"Stop, stop, stop, STOP! Where do you think you are going without me? How is that navigation? This looks more like a race!" I asked because the arrow was going so quickly, I couldn't even catch up with it. I caught up with the arrow, I was heavy breathing from all that running. "Are we there yet?" I asked the navigator and I didn't even look down at the kingdom. "What is that, Mr. Navigator?" I asked looking at the huge kingdom. "That is The Kingdom Of Gluttony. This is where you start your first mission." the navigator told me. "Oh! Wow! The Kingdom Of Gluttony!? That is so huge! But why is it called The Kingdom Of Gluttony?" I asked the navigator and was thinking how the navigator does not get pissed off when I question so much. "It is called The Kingdom Of Gluttony because the king of the kingdom is quite the foodie, well known for his good cooks and food." I looked back at the kingdom with a surprised face. The view of the kingdom was from a huge mountain, far away from the kingdom. The kingdom was gleaming like the view from my bedroom back when I was in Earth. A very nice city view my bedroom gave, the giant clock tower, a building which had a very nice architectural designing and many more exotic buildings were seen from that huge window in my bedroom.

"Mr. Navigator, how do we go there? What if I need an identity to go there or a reason?" I asked the navigator out of fear. "There is no problem with that, you can just go and kill one guard, that should be taken as your first kill--" " What!? Killing!? I am definitely not doing that cause I never did that!", I interrupted while the navigator was still speaking. "By the way, you need kills to level up to go to another rank. You are in rank 'Rookie', you have a lot to do in this world. No one here is an NPC, they all are humans, just like you but it's just that you came from another world. There are millions of players from the World 'Earth' in this game, so no need to feel lonely." I calmed down a little after hearing that, but I was tensed about the requirement 'Killing'.

"So, how do I go from here to there?" I asked for some directions. The navigator called the dragon for me which became invisible and that was the reason I hesitated to ride on the that transparent dragon, then the navigator directed me to the kingdom gate where the guards were. "Shh! Be quiet! The guards are here! Be very careful and make sure to make no sound." the navigator told me to be quiet. "Yeah, I will do that, but where are the weapons that I need to use?" I asked the navigator. The navigator told me to click on the menu button and click on 'Weapons'. I did as I was told. I got a level one sledge hammer. "Is this all I have?..." I asked being disappointed cause I thought that I would die in the first time of entering this game. "Yes, this is all you have for now. Get more kills and be able to unlock more weapons." all I could hear was loud music from the kingdom, drums and instrumental music. I got up from the bush and slammed that sledge hammer on the guard on the left from behind. "What do I do now? I guess I already killed him!" I informed the navigator. "Take his experiences and head inside the kingdom." "Take experience? How do you do that?" I asked the navigator. "You take the gem which is on his chest. Then you put the gem in your Dekij bag. A Dekij bag is a bag which can control elements created with Dekij. Dekij means 'Magic' in this world." the navigator told me a little bit about the Dekij bag.

I unlocked my Dekij bag and I took the gem and put it inside the Dekij bag. "Did you know that if you had put the gem inside a usual bag, then the gem would have cursed you?" the navigator told me about the Dekij bag a little bit more. "Why would it curse me?" I asked the navigator. The navigator replied, " 'Cause a human never understands a Dekij's pain when they are disobeyed, so that is the reason why they curse you, and a Dekij's curse never rinses off." I shivered a little after hearing that cause my imagination of what would happen if I did that mistake were something scarier than what you have thought about. I finished my first kill and entered the kingdom. "Is this The Kingdom Of Gluttony!? WOW!" I just kept complimenting the atmosphere and the features in this world. The arrow leaded me towards the shop keeper. "What am I gonna do with the shop keeper?" I asked the navigator as I was following the ways the navigator showed me. "You have to give the gem to the shop keeper, that is a task you have to finish." the navigator replied to my question. "Oh! Okay!" I started focusing on following the navigator's path.

We stopped walking in front of the shop. "I will leave now, do your task properly." the navigator left the next second it said that. "Wh-what? No, don't--" " Hey there! Are you here for anything to give me?" the shop keeper called me. I shivered a little cause this was the first person I have talked to a person in this world. "Oh um yeah! I was here to give you s-something!" I stuttered a little while talking to him. "Oh, let me have a look at the item to make sure if it is what I was looking for. Come here a little please!" the shop keeper called me.
