Five Areas

Chapter 252: Five Areas

"So, who do you think you'll eventually end up marrying, Junk?" This thought had been sparked into April ever since they made this trip to go see Gila at the marsh.

It was a shame that they couldn't stay much longer.

Junk wished that could have been the case since he didn't mind the attention that he received from Gila, but yet again, there was still so much work left to be done.

"What are you saying? I don't want to marry anyone right now! I had no idea that Gill was hoping that I was going to marry his daughter today…" he folded his arms together after the three of them came back to the witch village, thanks to September teleporting them.

"I mean, do you like her?" April insisted on knowing about that.

"..."

Junk didn't say anything at first.

"So, do you?"

"She's… Pretty beautiful…" he didn't want to admit to her that he found her incredibly gorgeous. He didn't want to start a contest.

"So, would you marry her?" April teased him.

"I didn't say that," Junk looked away.

"Honestly. You have to tell us. Who are you going to marry? You can only marry one woman? I am perfectly aware you have your witch coven—otherwise known as your own, personal harem, but come on, that doesn't mean because you have your harem that you can't pick one bride above all the other ones…" April wasn't doing a very good job of hiding what she desired, and what she desired was to be married to Junk and to be his only true bride.

"Who said I ever want to get married? September and you are both my women, and we are all in the same coven. That's all that matters, right?" the knight made sure that things were as simple as possible. That was all that mattered to him, really, and honestly, he couldn't see himself giving up and turning his back on one of the two women who were part of his coven.

Down the line and with a little bit of work and luck, both Bridget and Gila could join their harem-coven-thingy in time… That was his hope…

"Junk. Please tell me what you want to marry!" April insisted.

"Guys," thankfully, September stopped this mess.

"September?" April turned to her after she was interrupted by her.

"Yes, my Queen?" Junk asked her.

"It's important. We'll have to talk about traveling for a bit."

"Traveling? Where are we going?" April asked, cocking her head.

"What do you have in mind, witch?"

***

Within the dark church at the witch village, September quickly, but precisely, unrolled a large roll that looked like an ancient scroll. She unrolled it to reveal that it was not a scroll, but that it was an old map.

It was a map of the entire country, which was divided into four different provinces that were mostly known as seasons. There were five of them and not for, but one had to squint his eyes a lot to see the fifth one.

Junk noticed it, but not at first, as the fifth province (or season) since it was hidden on the map right at the center of the four other provinces.

"We only operated in our province, Autumn. We visited the Winter province once before, but that was short-lived, to say the least. Now, it's time for us to travel again. After countless tests on the guise who attacked us, I was finally able to determine from what region of the Summer province they came…" September was about to deliver them their plan of attack.

"Where did he come from?" Junk was desperate to know.

"Where? Where?" April, just as much.

"Based on the Summer energy signature, it should be on the west region of the province. To be more specific, the energy signature is located on a farm," the witch declared.

"A farm?" April didn't seem to be what she expected.

"Then, that's where we are going to go," Junk folded his arms together.

It was time to move out.

The Halloween knight had enough talk. It was time to act.

"Hey, where are you going?" April quickly ran after the knight after he spun around and readied himself for their next quest.

"What does it look like? We're going out," he was right to say so.

"We know a bunch about the Autumn province, and I know quite a bit about the Spring province since this is where I come from, but we don't know much about the Summer region. We need to make sure we know as much as possible before jumping into this," April made a great point.

"It'll be fine. I read enough about it. We shall go right this second," the Witch Queen followed her knight.

It was time to go.

"So, how are we going to get to the Summer province? I mean, it might be a little too far for us to teleport there, right? I don't even want to think about us going there on foot. That's going to take forever," April was right about that. This wouldn't work that way.

"Let me guess… Are we going to use your broomstick, witch?" Junk was reminded of it as he saw September taking it inside the church. It had been resting against the throne at the front of the church. She brought it with her, and she looked like she was fully intending to use it to fly with it.

"THE BROOMSTICK? I don't even want to think about it…" April didn't think that the broomstick option was a good one, at all.

"Relax, April. There's no room for the three of us on my broomstick anyway."

"Then, what are we going to do?" April asked her, truly scratching her head as she did so.

"I want to know now," Junk shook his head.

"We shall use a different kind of transformation," September revealed.

"I think I know exactly what you mean," he seriously believed she knew what her idea was.
