Love Was Never Gone

Aiguo entered his chamber after all the mess that happened at the party. In a few minutes, his whole got upstairs down. He looked around the room and sighed. He walked in front of the bed, where he and Fen Ju used to sleep. Suddenly he felt he could hear her giggles and saw her face in the mirror. He sat on the bed and look down at his feet, letting his tears flow down.

He wiped them off thinking why was he even crying? Wasn't he the one who put her on the bet? Wasn't he the one who mistreated her? Wasn't he the one who hurt her like no one ever did? Wasn't he the one who chose to break his words thinking love was gone?

Aiguo- Maybe she turned into a habit, All will be okay and I will be happy with Chyou. I will be happy, I am happy.

He thought she was just his habit but she was his need. He thought he would be happy with someone else but how could he be happy when his every dream was with her. He thought he would forget her but she was just a part of his soul, which he lost that day when he decided to break his words.

Yang Li looked at Fen Ju who was walking along with his horse like a dead person. Her eyes were cold, her face was pale and her body was soulless, he knew she was broken and he was ready to fix her. He was ready to draw a whole new photograph with her, a photograph of his and her and their love. He knew it was going to be a very long wintery night, he would struggle to pass that night but he knew he would pass it through. He knew once he would pass that long cold night, God would gift him with ever-lasting spring.

Duyi Chao- We have reached the Bilura Tents, I will ask all to tent up for somedays and -

He looked at Fen Ju who was looking at the tents inside the barrier. Her eyes were fixed yet her mind was lost. Yang Li sighed and looked at Duyi Chao.

Yang Li- Let this news spread that The Impartial Queen of Rusa died after she was put on the royal fencing bet and make sure no one recognizes her and also makes sure, she is safe in Bilura tents.

Duyi Chao- But if The Ailtics knows then you know it will be a huge matter to Rusa King also for us. You know we were always good terms with them.

Yang Li nodded and looked at Fen Ju.

Yang Li- Ailtics know that the winner of royal fencing can do anything with the thing. So they won't come after us also I want to destroy Rusa Royals not Rusa's people and she will be really useful to us.

Duyi Chao nodded and walked toward Fen Ju and tapped her shoulder gaining her attention.

Duyi Chao- Don't tell your real identity to anyone from now on. You are JuJu from now on, not the Impartial Queen Of Rusa, neither The Princess of Ailtics.

Fen Ju- You are going to spread a rumor that I am dead right.

Duyi Chao was taken aback that she understood their plan but nodded in positive without lying.

Fen Ju- Nothing new in royal politics.

She walked inside the side of the tent and Duyi Chao just gave her a mocking face and walked behind her.

Fen Ju- Don't worry I won't run away. No need to follow me.

Duyi Chao- You are saying there is no need to follow you but even if you are dead for the whole world, you are still alive, healthy, and more than anything your brain is working perfectly, too perfectly to understand our untold plans.

Fen Ju- I am just good in these things,

Duyi Chao- No wonder why my brother brings you with him,

Fen Ju- How can I know?

Fen Ju looked at Yang Li who just entered his tent followed by two minutes. She couldn't understand why did he even bring her with him knowing she could hurt him and his empire. Why did he take such a risk?

Her questions were unanswered but looking back she knew it was nothing but his love for her that made him take such risk. And she was glad that, that day he decided to take that risk or how could she find her destiny within him?

Duyi Chao- Are you planning to stay here for the whole day. It's already morning time and soon the sun will set. Take rest in that fourth tent and remember what I said.

Fen Ju nodded and walked inside that tent. She looked around and everything was neatly placed. The inside walls were covered with nice curtains and the floor was on the expensive carpet, a single bed was at the corner of the room and there were three window types and from the window which was near her bed, she could see Yang Li's tent clearly.

Suddenly a maid came and greet her.

Maid- Ms. Juju, please have a bath and wear these clothes also have these foods after that.

Fen Ju nodded and that maid went away. She looked at the clothes, they weren't like the clothes she used to wear in Rusa. They were really normal and comfortable like she used to wear in Ailtics.

Fen Ju- It really reminds me of my past days in Ailtics. they were the best, I was the happiest and free that day. But first I was locked up as a queen in Rusa and now as a slave under Peavlon. What a life?

She let out a sad chuckle and looked at the meal. She was hungry and she decided to eat first, at least she needed to be alive.

Chang looked at Yang Li who was busy staring at Fen Ju from his tent's window.

Chang- You are really in love with your enemy's wife.

Yang Li- She is no more a Rusa royal, so she isn't my enemy.

Chang- But for her, you are her enemy.

Yang Li- I know and I am glad that she thinks of me as her enemy. After all, she is a warrior and she knows whom to trust and whom not to,

Chang- What are you planning to do please be clear?

Yang Li just smiled and looked at Fen Ju who was looking at the sky with soulless eyes.

Yang Li- I think, I have found the crown for me and I just want to cherish it and make it glow.

Chang looked at Yang Li and just smiled. He knew Yang Li for 19 years and all those years he just lived for his people and land. But looked like, he was finally decided to live for himself for the first time. And that also for an angle in person, for him.

The next day came by, Fen Ju was sleeping inside her tent and she heard some noise from outside. She woke up and went out to see what was happening,,,, But what she saw next made her shock beyond anything, maybe because she never expected something like this.

Fen Ju- What The Heck is he doing?
