A Silver Lining
Silver collapsed onto her knees as soon as she heard the "DING". Fighting one on one with Haran had been a truly monstrous task. Even though she only got kicked, it took over half of her HP. She utilized everything she could during that fight. Her mana remaining was at 0. She opened her menu to look at the rewards after catching her breath.
"Rewards for the last encounter: Gold- 10, Light Element Core- 1, Rare ranked weapon chest- 1, Uncommon Armor chest- 2, Common Armor chest- 3. Werewolf Claw- 3"
"Extra rewards have been granted due to first clear...Calculating rewards. Rewards Granted: Necklace of the Wolf(Unique)- 1, Vial of Werewolf Blood (Tainted)- 1, Haran's warning note (Quest Item)- 1"
"Dungeon Sweep reward: Wolf Bone- 8, Wolf Pelt (Good)- 3, Wolf Eye -3, Wolf claw -3"
*DING, CONGRATULATIONS. You are the first party to complete this dungeon. Would you like to reveal your name in the announcement?*
Silver groaned. "Ugh, my head. You're too loud, just do it. I don't care. Let me rest for a minute at least."
*DING. World Announcement: Congratulations to Silver Moon for being the first party to complete a party dungeon.

These announcements sent ripples throughout the world of Ateal. A player solo clearing a dungeon was unheard of, even if it's only a party dungeon.

Silver sat up after five minutes of rest. Luckily, the dungeon didn't immediately teleport her out. She opened her status.

Silver thought to herself. 'I should open the chests here, just in case they give off too much attention.' She pulled the rare weapon chest out first. Tapping on the Open Chest button, she was prompted with a choice.
"Choose a weapon. A rare weapon of your choice will be summoned." Picking the Scythe option, the Cavern was filled with an orange light before a scythe appeared before her.
"Severance, Rare Scythe: A weapon forged from Swift Mantis blades. This weapon is ferocious in the right hands. +4 Str, +1 Agi. Small chance (1%) to cause 200% Critical Dmg when attacking limbs. If activated, even smaller chance (.01%) to completely sever the limb, dealing fixed 35% dmg of max HP."
Silver immediately equipped Severance. She brought out the two uncommon armor chests.
"Elven Guantlets: Elven style leather gauntlets, formed using Elven soul magic. +3 Agi."
"Merfolk Plate leg guards: Leg guards worn by The Merfolk Royal Army, sturdy and Strong. +5 Def -1 Agi."
Silver Equipped the Guantlets and put the other piece in her inventory. She would sell it when she gets back to town. She opened the common chests next.
"Hooded Vampire Robe: A black robe typically worn by Vampire mages. +1 Int +1 Agi."
"Valkyrie Cloth Boots: Boots worn by Valkyrie peasants. +1 Agi."
"Defense Ring: A magical ring that makes one feel safe. +1 Def"
Silver put the Boots back into her inventory and equipped the Robe and Ring. She was happy to recieve a new robe. She pulled the necklace out and inspected it.
"Necklace of the Wolf: A necklace infused with the blood of a former werewolf knight. After he was infected with Devil's Blight, the Necklace's power was dimished. +2 Str, +3 Vit. Can be activated twice per day to increase strength depending on level. Also heals 1% of health every second for 10 seconds when activated." Smiling at the necklace, Silver Equipped it.
Finally, she opened her inventory and pulled out Haran's Warning.
"To whoever reads this, The world is in grave danger. You must return this note to the capital of Larun, Starhelm. I cannot explain much, because I am bound by words older than my bones. However, you must not delay."

Rewards: 1 Epic Treasure Chest, 10,000 Experience, 5 High Tier Health Potions.

Silver thought about it for a minute. 'I am afraid to decline, because someone else might not be willing to do this. If I want it done, I should make sure that it's done the right way.' "Accept"

Silver opened her status to check her stats with her new equipment.

Silver looked at herself. The black robe matched better than her original grey one. The Elven guantlets were a mixture of Purple and black. She was dressed almost head to toe in black, but she was okay with it. Her Scythe hung on her back, it glowed a soft orange hue, easily detected as a rare weapon. The Scythe's colour was a sleek metallic grey, with red thread wrapped around the handle, allowing for a firmer grip. After checking herself out for a bit, Silver stepped into the teleport circle.
