Seeing Lich was satisfied with the answer, Buggy went back to explaining the skills. "Meteor is a contract that will test you on how far you will go. You get summoned to places but it is solely for the chance to drop a meteor on the place to destroy it."

"Cheer allows you to summon people to cheer you on to increase your stats and among other things that are considered pseudo increases. What I mean is, you don't get other boosts but people under the cheer feel like they do and do better. The only evidence is people really do better but using measuring devices can't read it at all."
